any missile strike is going to impact you if you are even 500yds from impact. from what i have seen, Gaza is not very large, and it is almost completely enclosed.

i just know i hate to be confined. i sympathize with those under the heel.
I live in Israel of course I know people who have killed innocent. But they never intended to and have never been the same since. This is what the regular person in this country has to deal with fighting terrorists in Urban areas with human shields protecting Hamas/Fatah.

I can't understand why anyone could believe that Israelis as a policy intentionally kill civilians. In Jenin 12 years ago 13 soldiers were killed because Israel sent troops in. They could have just bombed a few streets. Additionally each time there are major casualties the world forces Israel to stop fighting. So logically and they know this, all Hizb or Hamas have to do is create a situation where even a booby trap will cause mass civilian casualties and Israel will have to stop its missions. This happened in Gaza and Lebanon in the past.

Watch Jenin Jenin a total libel against Israel. Than watch Road to Jenin. This sums up the total distortion of the reality in the conflict. If you are old enough you may remember that the UN, MSM, world leaders all condemned Israel for massacring hundreds in Jenin. When the truth came out as in most cases the majority of the dead were fighters and the casualties were only a fraction of what was claimed by the world. Nothing has changed and this is when dozens of suicide bombers were blowing themselves up throughout civilian areas. Where were the world then? They were funding the Palestinians arming and training them while forcing Israel to give in to all their demands.

Pierre Rehov has made numerous documentaries showing Israel and anti-Jihad side of the global conflict against freedom.

I don't know if you have ever been in battle. Try being in battle where they don't wear uniforms are from the age of 12, surround themselves with civilians, bobby trap the homes, hospitals... Mistakes happen. I can't imagine that the US and allies intended to massacre 100,000 people in Iraq and beyond. Fact is that their ratios are sickening compared to Israels and they were fighting on the other side of the world with a much more powerful military. We are under attack on a daily basis. I have an Iron dome next to my home otherwise there would have been hundreds if not thousands of civilian casualties here. This is not even getting into the fact that their whole society incites hatred towards Jews and the West.

When i moved here I was very peaceful and left-wing on this subject. After nearly being blown up twice in suicide bombings I began investigating the conflict. Otherwise i would likely live in a Western country with no connection to this one. The more I learned the more I realized what i continuously post here when I am able to.

I have no interest in any innocent death, I have an issue with soldiers unnecessary treatment of Palestinians this is my main issue here and I still support a two state solution if it is possible. I would give up my own paychecks for the Palestinians to improve their lives if they were just willing to live beside us. I am not wealthy at all and have worked for NGO's and for free for much of my life

Gaza while nowhere near the most densely populated place in the world is populated. There is plenty of open land where the civilians in various areas could have moved to during the battle. Another thing the MSM lied about continuously. Firstly Hamas didn't allow them, they even killed those who protested them, secondly the UNWRA is run by Hamas.
War is terrible but Hamas and the world have given Israel no choice. Just as ISIS, and AL-Qaida must be destroyed so must Hamas. Even UK internally has been acting against the Muslim Brotherhood the Hamas father org.

In Israel, all are equal.

All those Rabbis? You must be speaking Neturei Karta who stand alongside Jew-haters in protests calling for the destruction of Israel. The same ones who went to a Holocaust denial conference in Iran? This community has been excommunicated by most Jews in the world. They are extremists and you only support them because they hate Israel. They also believe that when the messiah comes they will get Israel and the Palestinians will be their slaves. Bet you didn't know that. Their leaders have said this on camera.
Most Rabbis support Israel at least the orthodox ones. Anyone could become a Rabbi. My brother was on the way to becoming a Rabbi and ended up being an atheist who hates religion. I could put my years of learning Judaism together and get a Rabbi certificate also.
A Jew can be a antisemite, I know a number personally.
There is no Holocaust now and you should be ashamed of the comparison but are clearly not.
According to the EU definition of Antisemitism it includes comparing Israel to Nazis.
You must be speaking of the Palestinian children who are brought up as shahids by their own parents. This is the child abuse. In any Western country they would be taken by child services.
The phrase you used is jew haters.

You claimed all these rabbis are jew haters.

It's happening all over the world though, jewish people feeling ashamed that they have to be tied to a country who's actions they abhor so much, just because that country tells lots of people they are the jewish homeland?

Israel is supposed to be a secular country, like everywhere in the free world. Sadly though it is closer to the theocracy in Iran. If you ever get someone who genuinely wants peace like rabin, some religious nutcase will assasinate him. Until then your entire nation pursues a 'religious' political system based on taking land from and oppressing your neighbours.

Not true

There are parts of Gaza which are very densly populated but there are plenty of open empty areas in Gaza.
http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/4580/gaza-p...
http://www.cija.ca/wp-content/uploads/2011/11...

In almost every discussion about the conflict, eventually you will hear this argument. So I decided to look at the facts:

Area of Gaza: 139 square miles (360 square Km)
Population of Gaza: 1.81 million
Population density (rounding): 13,000 per square mile (5,000 per square Km)

So how does 13,000 people per square mile compare?(still rounding):

Tel Aviv: 20,000 people per square mile (how ironic)
Jerusalem: 16,000 people per square mile (still ironic)
Boston: 13,000 people per square mile
Madrid: 14,000 people per square mile
Hong Kong: 17,000 people per square mile
NY City: 27,000 people per square mile

Gaza does not show up even in the top 50 cities of the world in terms of density. The city with the highest density is Manila with 111,000 people per square mile, far far higher than Gaza.

By the way, the cynical comparison is many times made between Gaza and the Warsaw Ghetto. Here is its density back then: 114,000 people per square mile!

The Palestinian propaganda is called Pallywood and you can find enough examples to show how they even set up stages, fake injuries, ambulances, medics, fighters are all involved in the farce.

Not exactly next to my home but close enough. I have not actually been in the area when they have been fired.

People in this country have accepted the terrorism as a norm. There is no other way to live and stay sane.
I always think what if, especially in this subject.

Changed me as a person. Still don't know how it effected me. This is something that most Israelis have been around. The number of lucky escapes. Watching people being blown up in front of your eyes. body parts flying at you. The day in the life of someone in Israel 2001-2004.

While the pictures of Palestinians (and pictures from other conflict pretending to to Gaza) are posted worldwide, the Israeli government and media has always refused to release the gory pictures of body parts all over the streets, buses, restaurants, hotels, weddings, etc... Maybe it would have evoked more sympathy but would be horrible for the families so it was not done.

People seem to forget that we are fighting a battle against a nation which whole society calls for our destruction and encourages killing Jews.

This is a country with hardly any street crime unlike any other free democracy in the world.

Yes these Rabbis are Jew-haters, probably not all. The majority of World Jewry condemns and disassociates themselves with this group.

Jewish people like during the Holocaust have no problem watching their brothers being killed and just ignores it. They prefer to appease their enemies hoping they go away. Sounds much like the West and its fight against Islamism.

Israel is a semi religious country. Apart from Saturday, Holy Days and marriage its secular.
In Iran they kill Gays, Israel welcomes them.
Iran oppresses its own citizens.
The Bahai temple is in Haifa Israel not Iran where they were persecuted.

Non-Jews, Muslims, Christians, Bahai..... live freely in Israel.

You should again be ashamed with yourself comparing a democracy to Iran. More double standards and ignorance on Israel. But you know the truth and lie intentionally.

Lets see what Rabin said in a speech before he died.

No Palestinians state only autonomy.
Jerusalem united under Israeli control.
Maale Adumim, Gush Eztion, Jordan Valley all under Israeli control.
No refugee return.
If the Palestinians continue terrorism (as they did throughout the 1990's) he will cancel the accord.
Just a small taste.

He was more right wing than Netanyahu is today. The whole Rabin myth is just that a myth.

it is more likely as many believe in this country that those on the left assassinated him before he could cancel the accord.

Amir didn't kill him, video proves it, medical report......
He was likely shot in the car on the way to the hospital.

Half of the population here doesn't believe the official story.

Most Israeli are not orthodox, land is being continuously given to the Palestinians, not the other way around. Palestinians oppress themselves.
