I hate seeing all the negative comments about immigration reform from so many people. People should totally understand the situation and how some of these people got in this situation before they just start judging or casting negative comments. Everyone's situation is different and God created all people on this earth equally. Please before you just say no on this subject talk to people and all the families and kids that are affected. Educate yourself better before you talk about just deport these people and send them back.

Legalizing the illegal immigrant is a very good suggestion, but before that we need to secure the border, so no more people enter illegaly and the fine must be hefty, like $10000 per person. It helps the american economy as well. Just calculate the total amount of dollars we get from the illegal immigrant.

How long do you calculate it will take for the illegals to just repay the $6 Billion in fraudulent tax refunds they claim each year?

Are you nut's? We generalize because the influence of the mass has been so destructive, and as we've observed it up close and personal, we simply generalize the millions as a sum total of the problem. Certainly their are brilliant Doctors, and Brilliant Asian Engineers that would be welcomed to stay after the U.S has educated them after all. But we have all seen the down side of the invaders that have nothing, and I mean nothing to offer our Country, and they are only being vetted in Washington to receive work permit's only. The in fighting in Washington is proof, that some of the lawmakers see what the illegals in our inner cities are doing to this Country.

That's a good one. You refer to tax refunds, but neglect to mention that they paid the taxes in the first place.

You also forgot to mention the $50 Billion a year that Social Security gets each year from undocumented workers. It is estimated that this amounts to 10% of the SSA surplus. Since they can never receive Social Security benefits themselves this is found money for the rest of us. When you cash your check remember to thank the undocumented worker who made it possible.

i hate seeing anyone take up for criminals. whatever reason they came here is just an excuse no one needs to here anymore sob stories,we cannot bring in the whole world.

now that you brought God into this find a scripture where it says God supports crime,or even the wanting what your neighbor has.

educate yourself and think why should we support the invasion. can you personally pay the cost, or is it they are your people so you think all others owe them?

there is no logical reason not to make life here so harsh on illegal aliens they leave, nor is there a reason not to deport all caught or when released from jail or prison.

$50 Billion a year? I know you pulled that out of your ass.

According to Social Security Administration data, undocumented workers pay between $6 billion and $7 billion into the Social Security trust fund each year. That comes on top of Medicare and unemployment insurance taxes the illegal workers pay on the more than $72 billion in wages employers reported paying to individuals without Social Security numbers in 2009—the latest data available from the Social Security Administration.

Based on your previous posts, my answer to that would be No.

Oh. I understand your point now. It is perfectly acceptable for undocumented people to pay into a system as long as you can collect a benefit and they can not. In that case they are subsidizing you and you are not the least bit embarrassed by taking handouts from them.

If on the other hand they have taxes deducted from their pay and then actually file taxes and find they made an overpayment that now becomes fraud in your book. Interesting.

I thought you were going to explain the difference between "FRAUDULENT INCOME TAX REFUNDS and SS contributions"?

Your link never mentions it.
