I agree with you. They are nothing but political PIMPS who utilize the tax payers as their whores to fund their lifestyles.
We do not have representation. Who do we depend on to do what is right for the American tax payers?
They represent the welfare, the illegal immigrants, our enemies in other countries, corrupted org. and companies, Wallstreet, etc. everyone but the working tax payers.
Then they laugh at us as they raise our taxes.
Again, who does the working American tax payer have to represent them?
Great post!:)

<quoted text>What make you think that American voters are going to change parties? There will be two new candidates with competing philosophies and remedies. This won't be the standard election where you move out the old and replace with the new simply because you're unhappy with the status quo. The next presidential election will be one for the books. Frankly, I don't think you're side is up to it at all. They're still supporting the cause of the wealthy and busy promoting policies that cost jobs and economic growth.
Are you telling me, after all we've been through, you'd actually re-up for more of this sh!t? You must be suffering from battered moron syndrome because promoting business creates jobs and growth, promoting regulation kills them, abundantly clear if you'd pull your head out.

He may have borrowed some unfamiliar graffiti from the right but he emloyed some much too familiar tactics, from the left.

Next immigration hurdle: Citizenship's fine print

It’s not the inclusion of a pathway to citizenship that has immigration reform proponents worried — at this point, it’s clear that this will be part of any deal Senate negotiators produce.

It’s how difficult they choose to make it.

The prospects of a bipartisan immigration deal improved dramatically with the weekend announcement of an agreement between labor and business on a visa program for low-skilled workers. But the real test will come after the Senate’s Gang of Eight reveals the fine print of the entire reform package next week.

Nowhere is that more true than on the pathway to citizenship.

How to be a Christian and not a Bigot

In 20 years this country will look back on this time and shudder, just as we look back on the civil rights movement and wonder how we ever could have let things be the way they were before then. The members of the far-right need to realize that some of their ideals are outdated in our current society. Unless they want to operate outside of it, then they will need to get with the times. There is a place for religion in our country, but its place is not writing the law books. If the church wants to play a role in legislation then it should pay taxes.

BTW, did "Romneycare" have over 15,000 pages of rules and regulations?
Your killing me with laughter my friend. LOL

Read my lips: Obama used the same template as Romney which was endorsed by Republican Senator Bob Dole and the Heritage Foundation in the 1990s.

Hillarycare was also very similar to Romney/Obama back in the day, BTW.

Liberals wanted a Single Payer ( Medicare For All ) or even a Public Option.

Both parties are totally corrupt proven by the over 70,000 pages in the tax code that only the wealthiest benefit from.

Why have you left out the CRA, Carter, Clinton, Frank, Dodd and Obama? It all started with the CRA, ACORN and their "lawyer" Obama.
I don't absolve the banks and the greedy, IMO the government forced lemons on them and they made lemonade, what a surprise.
Acorn has nothing to do with this.

Dodd/Frank Bill is Swiss Cheese Full of Corporate Loophole's.

Dodd / Frank should have put back Glass/Steagall to correct the wrongs Bill Clinton and all the Speaker Newt Gingrich Republicans past, which much help from corporate Democrats BTW.

AL's hatred of gays has reached the point of hysteria.

When people of my generation started coming out of the closet we had to face the bullies, the hatred and the ignorance. We had to face the physical violence and the indignities that people like AL thought would force us to go away and to be perfectly honest about it, we won.

As difficult as it can still be, young people today have the opportunity to be who they were born to be because some of us were willing to fight the battles that had to be fought and we weren't willing to back down.

No one is going to bully the gay community back into the shadows.

We're not going anywhere except forward and people like AL, Don't panic, Eagle, Reality and a few others on this thread are simply going to have to find a way to live with it because there is nothing else they can do.
