latest example of presidential overreach.

WASHINGTON (AP)- Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and 21 other Republican senators accused President Barack Obama on Thursday of displaying "an astonishing disregard for the Constitution, the rule of law and the rights of American citizens" by considering administrative changes to the nation's deportations policy.

In a letter to the president, the senators said that changes under consideration would amount to "near complete abandonment of basic immigration enforcement."

The Associated Press reported this week that Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, who is conducting a review ordered by Obama on how to make the administration's policy on deportations more humane, is weighing limiting removals of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally who don't have serious criminal records. Other changes also are possible.

With comprehensive immigration legislation stalled in the GOP-led House 10 months after Senate passage, Obama is under intense pressure from immigrant advocates to act on his own to curb deportations and allow some of the 11.5 million immigrants in the country illegally to stay here.

Thursday's letter, circulated by the Senate Judiciary Committee's top Republican, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, underscores the political risk in an election year as Republicans seize on the review as the latest example of presidential overreach.

The topic is "The President has Failed us". How? Swollen welfare rolls, Lost jobs, Citizens working longer hours for less money, Illegals handed free get out of jail cards, an exodus of wealth, record deficits, record debt, soaring energy prices, skyrocketing food prices, record numbers of bankruptcy, record number of divorces, record numbers of suicide, record numbers of children born to unwed mothers... and that is just his domestic policies.

You don't work. You don't pay tax. You are a lazy turd leaching off taxpayers. That is the ONLY explanation to your attitude towards the failure in chief.

OBAMA is a failure! He will go down in history as America's LAST black president. PERIOD!

Wasn't there just another chlorine attack in Syria? Maybe that doesn't count. And if our allies aren't nervous why is reuters reporting that was the basis of Obama's speech in Japan? And why did Biden go to Poland to reassure them this week?

Naw, our allies aren't nervous.

Yeah, remember the gas watch on MSM during the Bush administration? Every day that a gallon was at 3 bucks or so we saw it displayed on the local and national news. When Obama took office gas was at less than 2 bucks a gallon. I'm shelling out nearly 5 bucks a gallon when I visit SF a couple times a month (premium, lowest grade is about 4.50)

Where's the outrage? How about food? My monthly expenses have shot up about 15% in the last year. And don't even get me started on electricity.

Add to that the obamacare lies, and this president, if ever reviewed fairly, as one of least competent chief executives.

Sushi and Saki are for US only because Obama wants them -- forget world drinks and food that International food and drinks will deny US entrance , when US dives its nose in Ukraine further to make troubles for itself.
Say, try not to trade burritos and tacos with Japanese sushi for A CHANGE AS OBAMA SAYS HE LIKES SUSHI.

Such people who have not proved having LIFE ACTS TOGETHER, are WASTING TIME TO TALK ABOUT Ukraine, by not having ACTS of real meaning TOGETHER, as Obama has not shown why his brother from Kenya is still in US.

Obama is in Japan by saying he likes Japanese and Japanese things.
Obama is no world soccer talent to show any soccer skills to Japanese as Japan had won world cup soccer before.

What is about Obama, that OBAMA THINKS he has dined all the world's feasts by saying HE LIKES THE Japanese Saki AND THE Japanese SUSHI?

Then, why does Japan not keep making sushi to get Obama to eat to demand that Obama must be under control, for if he does not comply, Japanese will not feed him Sushi?

US people will have to keep eating Sushi and drinking Saki and forget world drinks and food that International food and drinks will deny US entrance , since US dives its nose in Ukraine further to make troubles for itself while Japan does sanctions to Russia too for US.

She had to cancel a speech at a Topeka Kansas graduation after thousands signed a petition protesting her presence there.

An all black school to boot.Bwahahahahahaha

This nation has had it with this incompetent bunch of holier than thou hacks.

How dare Holder even think he can speak to a graduating class of police cadets that are sworn to uphold the law when he and his master break the law on a daily basis.

Americans are finally sick of this lawless bunch, thank God.

States are expanding concealed carry weapons laws, finally abolishing the racist practice of affirmative action, taking a stand at the Bundy ranch and already voting in more tea party candidates.

The extravagant vacations, never ending parties, spring breaks and golf outings are catching up to the royal family, finally.

A fatal wait: Veterans languish and die on a VA hospital's secret list

In the case of 71-year-old Navy veteran Thomas Breen, the wait on the secret list ended much sooner.
"We had noticed that he started to have bleeding in his urine," said Teddy Barnes-Breen, his son. "So I was like,'Listen, we gotta get you to the doctor.' "
Teddy says his Brooklyn-raised father was so proud of his military service that he would go nowhere but the VA for treatment. On September 28, 2013, with blood in his urine and a history of cancer, Teddy and his wife, Sally, rushed his father to the Phoenix VA emergency room, where he was examined and sent home to wait.
"They wrote on his chart that it was urgent," said Sally, her father-in-law's main caretaker. The family has obtained the chart from the VA that clearly states the "urgency" as "one week" for Breen to see a primary care doctor or at least a urologist, for the concerns about the blood in the urine.
"And they sent him home," says Teddy, incredulously.
Sally and Teddy say Thomas Breen was given an appointment with a rheumatologist to look at his prosthetic leg but was given no appointment for the main reason he went in.
The Breens wait ... and wait ... and wait ...
No one called from the VA with a primary care appointment. Sally says she and her father-in-law called "numerous times" in an effort to try to get an urgent appointment for him. She says the response they got was less than helpful.
"Well, you know, we have other patients that are critical as well," Sally says she was told. "It's a seven-month waiting list. And you're gonna have to have patience."
Sally says she kept calling, day after day, from late September to October. She kept up the calls through November. But then she no longer had reason to call.
Thomas Breen died on November 30. The death certificate shows that he died from Stage 4 bladder cancer. Months after the initial visit, Sally says she finally did get a call.
"They called me December 6. He's dead already."
Sally says the VA official told her, "We finally have that appointment. We have a primary for him.' I said,'Really, you're a little too late, sweetheart.' "

Political figures who rallied to defend Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy must have known they were taking a risk. Indeed, much of the Republican establishment chose to do the exact opposite precisely because they were afraid to gamble on a man who doesn’t recognize the legitimacy of the United States government.
But some prominent GOP officials rolled the dice anyway. Fox News and Glenn Beck celebrated the rancher as a hero, while U.S. senators like Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Dean Heller (R-Nev.) cheered Bundy on, calling him a “patriot,” even as he declared an ability to ignore laws and court orders he doesn’t like.
It’s become increasingly difficult to maintain this posture. For one thing, anyone relying on the threat of violence to act above the law hasn’t earned the backing of anyone in the American mainstream. For another, some of the basic elements of Bundy’s claims now appear to be false.
Making matters considerably worse, the New York Times’ Adam Nagourney reports that Bundy spoke with supporters over the weekend about his views on a variety of societal issues.
“I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro,” he said. Mr. Bundy recalled driving past a public-housing project in North Las Vegas,“and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids – and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch – they didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for their kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for their young girls to do.
“And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?” he asked.“They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”
Congratulations, Sean Hannity. You really know how to pick ‘em.

How Did I Miss That? Militia: God Gave Land to Settlers, Not Shoshone
http://indiancountrytodaymedianetwork.com/201...

The 68-year-old Bundy recognizes no federal authority in the matter. If he owed grazing fees, he claimed they would be owed to the state of Nevada, which entered the United States on Halloween, 1864. Because the Civil War was going on, the Nevada Constitution contained a “paramount allegiance clause,” which is seriously inconvenient for anybody claiming, as Bundy does, a right to ignore the feds.

The year before Nevada was admitted, the US signed the Treaty of Ruby Valley, which recognized the Western Shoshone as owners of large portions of their original territory. In 1979, the Indian Claims Commission awarded the Shoshone $26 million in compensation for land lost to “settler encroachment” while the federal government looked the other way. Those encroaching settlers would be who Cliven Bundy cites today as originators of his right to graze his cattle.

The Shoshone refused the money. They had not agreed to sell the land. They did not agree that the land should be used for nuclear testing. Carrie and Mary Dann were Shoshone elders who stood up to the abuse. Mary walked on at age 82, in 2005. The 81-year-old Carrie was last arrested in 2007, protesting against the use of Shoshone land for nuclear weapons research.
