They only currently insure "the sickly"; are insurance companies going broke? Hardly.

They are registered to vote. Voting records are public. Didn't you vote? Your registration is a matter of public record.

Not true. The safe car drivers pay and dont have accidents. their premiums are what makes car insurance profitable for the insurance companies. Many healthy folks do purchase health insurance. If only sickly folks where insured the cost would be greater then the revenue. And Mutual of Omaha did go broke.

That would cause the Obama care to be repealed. The insurance companies couldn't stand it. Health care cost have soared because of insurance. Without insurance paying the doctors and hospitals couldn't operate and overcharge, Ever see a poor doctor? Ill not comply. Ill pay the fine. The problem is the Obama care forces me to engage in commerce. If I refuse I become a criminal subject to fines for doing absolutely nothing? for me that's the straw that break the camels back. So let the government put a lien on my house Ill burn it down. there is no reward great enough or no penality harsh enough to make me buy healthcare or anything else.

That's the only way insurance CAN work- if the healthy (or safe drivers) pay premiums but don't collect benefits. It's why current healthcare premiums (and healthcare) are so expensive right now; too many healthy people DON'T get insurance and DON'T pay into the system, driving up costs for those who do.

So you're proud to sponge off the rest of us for your healthcare.

Typical Teabagger.

What needs to happen is doctors & hospitals should be banned from treating anyone who is able but refuses to purchase health insurance.

OBAMACARE is here... nothing the unpatriotic right-wing tea-baggers can do will ever change that. The next few weeks of their hissy fit will solidify the House to be taken back by a real Speaker... can you say "Hello Speaker Pelosi"? LOL!
what is so "unpatriotic" about wanting my ins premiums to only increase because of my health and not the health of those that are able bodied, and pay nothing? Now when these idiots fall and get hurt, so does the budget of hard working people living pay check to pay check trying to just get by without being dependant on others. Those are "unpatriotic" values? In what country?
This will be just like like public schooling in the sense that private systems will become more and more expensive due to federal regulation and the fact that they will outperform the public system and be deemed worthy of the price. The public system will always be asking for more funding that will never be enough, raising our "costs" ,which are really defined as a tax or it wouldn't be law in the first place.
What's so "unpatriotic" about wanting our elected reps vote on the bill instead of pushing it through a court. In the USA we aren't supposed to litigate from the bench. Don't they teach you that in the marines or does "jar head" refer to your head being an empty vessel? "Devil dog" means stupid animal that doesn't think for itself and only knows how to take orders?
I know a couple and they aren't really like you but they never made it to Corp. Guess that's the difference .

Since this ACA is supposed to help the poor, and the poor get money from the feds, how are they to pay for obamacare? Does this become an added free ride for them? I hate that our "representatives" do not share any of the real costs or consequences of anything they do with us anymore. What would George Washington do if he was standing in the middle of this bunch? I would hope he had a new fully automatic with him.

It's one thing to politically exploit the aftermath or outcome of legislation and/or a negotiation but it is another to manufacture the aftermath before the business is even concluded. More time is being spent on political currency than the actual business at hand.

As "PROfessional" politicians they should know that. But this is exactly why the "PROfessional" politician must be voted out of office. Or even be sued for negligence and incompetence. If "PROfessional" politicians can't come up with a deal even if in the proverbial smoke filled back room they aren't even "PROfessional" politicians. They aren't there to conduct the people's business just their party's business.

I think you actually have the line on the new PROfession. It is to get your partys business to be successful and that business is to get your pork-packs passed. Maybe some of dumb America is waking up. Polls claim 60% want to get rid of all in congress. Now if we can get the military to join...

What do you think would happen in this country if people would rise up against the government like in other countries. The government here would do us just like they do in other counties, put the military on us. Every single one in Washington senate, congress, and president need their as& kick out of office for letting this country get in debt like it has.
