Why don't you start right here at the Bush archives official site:

There, Bush's Commerce flunky, Carlos Gutierres, discusses H1B festivities, and the American Competitiveness Initiative(ACI) which RINO Bush addresses here as well: http://georgewbush-whitehouse.archives.gov/st...

Next time, don't be lazy and rely on FOX news for your information. Learn to find this on your own. AND STOP WORSHIPING & supporting filthy RINOs. Did you forget the 2007 immigration bill that Bush wanted which was dubbed the Anti-Sovereignty Act?

No, YOU missed it. Here's the BLS link you wanted since you don't have the use of your hands:

The H1B Visa scam is merely an effort of the duopoly to furthewr erode the political will of the people in this once great nation. I surmise that you're just too young to fathom what's happened over the past 35 years.

It seems that Repubs are trying to play both sides to their advantage. They talk all patriotic and act as if they give a damn about the problem of illegal immigration. But the problem runs deep and has gone on for so long that it is an unfortunate economic necessity.

The problem is due to those who hire illegals and illegals so desperate that they are willing to live on a poverty wage in horrible conditions.

Repubs do not really care about the jobs lost to this arrangement. They do not care about the near enslavement of desperate people. They are only interested in the bottom line. Profit is all that matters.

So the Repubs get to be "outraged" by the illegal immigration problem and blame Demos, even though secretly they enjoy the profits earned off the backs of desperate people.

Demos are acting as if they care about the problems of the desperate illegals and seem to think that the USA is somehow financially equipped to deal with the problem. But the entire USA population benefits greatly and the high standard of living is bolstered by illegal labor. Even the most soft-hearted Demo will balk at the idea of paying the real price for goods and services if a real living wage was paid to all.

Not sure either side really cares. It just looks like both sides are trying to take opposite sides of the coin just on principle. Lots of shouting and no real concern for problem solving.

Somebody in this country is wise enough to have a viable answer to the problem. They probably have put forward an answer.

But the noise from opposing parties is so loud and obnoxious, that it is hard to hear reason.

You're comprehension skills leave a little to be desired.

I could easily have looked it up but I didn't make the claim.

You make the claim, you provide the proof. What is so difficult to understand about that?

My comprehension skills are clearly superior to both your comprehension & communication skills which are clearly lacking. Ordinarily, I would write you off as a troll but this post can inform the rest of the viewers while nailing your hide for trolling. Here's the etymology of the posts in this thread that led to this fusillade:

foster wrote: Republicans approved Bush extension of H1 Visa for immigrents several times as unemployment was rising

Bama Yankee wrote: I'm sure you can provide a link that shows specialty jobs were suffering from additional h1 visas.

foster wrote: Bush approved H1 Visa extensions several times for every occupation from Landscaper to Gorse Jockey
