<quoted text>We have laws on the books that will deal with immigration. You simply advocate for the "INVASION" and that is exactly what it is. You have to look no further than MEXIFORNIA to see what happens when you advocate and allow for these trespassers. You fool nobody!!!
There is a sad level of ignorance in Hose A and Hose B's comments. Ironically, some undocumented workers probably pay more in taxes than they do.
For starters, they pay more taxes than 1 in 4 US corporations (1 in 4 do not pay any taxes). When east coast states cracked down on undocumented workers - those states' agriculture took a hit in billions of dollars. In Washington State, the crackdown saw a result that according to many farmers left 10% of agricultural products un-picked.

In Washington State, undocumented workers paid over $292 million dollars in taxes in 2010 - It is higher now. Nationwide, a large number of undocumented workers pay federal taxes.

Immigration reform needs to happen quickly. If all undocumented workers disappeared - large numbers of states would see no produce on store shelves, restaurants close and generally state economies would take severe monetary hit. We need to stop kidding ourselves and fix the problem with a path to citizenship. When I read Hose A and Hose B comments I read them as being based on ignorance and usually racism. I'm a white middle class American that we stop playing the blame game - American businesses recruit and hire undocumented workers because it keeps them operating. Time to provide a path to citizenship for people that every day go to work, pay their taxes and make the country stronger. States understand this and are already moving to ignore out-dated federal laws.

What a bunch of pro-illegal alien hogwash! Yes, ILLEGAL ALIEN, not "undocumented". They have plenty of documents all fake or stolen. They never pay enough taxes to cover their enormous social costs! They are costing our states in particular billions of dollars each year.

As for picking crops only 3% of illegals are picking crops or other ag related jobs. There are unlimited H2A visas for legal, foreign ag workers so there is no excuse for hiring illegal aliens except for pure greed on the part of the growers. If they had rotting crops then it's their own damned fault!

It is you that are ignorant to claim that our country couldn't function without illegal foreigners! WTH, does racism have to do with desiring our immigration laws to be respected and enforced. To make such an idiotic claim would mean that our immigration laws were racist in the first place. Yet we allow in 1 million legal immigrants per year from mostly non-white countries. Mexico by far is allowed the highest numbers to legally migrate here annually. SO JUST WHERE IS THE RACISM?

Illegal aliens that thumbed their noses at our immigration laws and committed felony ID theft or tax evasion don't deserve our citizenship or amnesty and no it's not "reform". We need the jobs they have unlawfully taken and the taxes they have sucked out of us for our own citizens. They need to go back home where they belong as our immigration laws dictate and stop making a mockery out of our borders. Visa overstayers need to be given the boot also. There are ways to make them self-deport if only our pandering politicians would do the right thing for our citizens whom they have sworn to represent and protect.

After President Carter's failed term where he gave Iran our Embassy, and raised interest rates, and unemployment to new heights, President Reagan renewed our faith in government providing new jobs, and years of prosperity. America will be the country she always was as soon as these corrupt Chicago politicians go home in 2017.

All undocumented immigrant males, other than those admitted on nonimmigrant visas, must register for Selective Servicer, whether or not they have a green card.
Does the current "bipartisan" amnesty bill also grant amnesty for those who fail to register for selective service? If not then many "dreamers" are in for a surprise. Failure to register for SS disqualifies a non-citizen from ever becoming a citizen..

What is wrong when Americans with a certain income level cannot get help for their college age children, but the illegal alien criminals can get aid for theirs? This has to stop. If you like the way the Democrat majority is spending your tax dollar, vote Democrat in November. If you think you deserve better then providing for the children of criminals then vote Republican.
