In early 2011, the operation became controversial when it was revealed that Operation Fast and Furious and other probes under Project Gunrunner had allowed guns to "walk" into the hands of Mexican drug cartels since as early as 2006.

Southern border fix. Patrol this border with fighter jets. That's right, fighter jets. We're already paying for the plane, fuel, ammo, etc. Why not train pilots in this area? They're going to be up in the air anyway. Might as well put them to use. And yes, strafing is allowed! That is deterence my friend.

On January 20, 2009, everything the U.S. government was doing, and everything it has done since then, became Obama's responsibility, to his credit, or his blame.

Point at Bush, Clinton, Carter, et al, all you want. Fact is, everything since inauguration day 2009 belongs to Obama. If Bush started it, so what? Obama continued it, he owns it, from gun running to GITMO, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and everywhere else.
