Maybe healthcare not so "free" now. Maybe "tax the rich" trickles down.
Remember: SCOTUS did not say obamacare was a good law. They just said it was a tax.
No they are not. After all the champaign corks finally hit the ceiling, they discovered that Roberts only opened the door for the people to throw obama care out..........along with Obama.

You have to be careful about it cause the whole world is in a depression. The dollar will hold until Europe is done going bankrupt, and that is taking years and years. They will keep messing around with taking out more loans, country after country. That stuff in Europe will go on for a couple more years, and China is taking the hits too. But, once all that gets sorted out, if Obama is still the president, the dollar will collapse. If Romney gets in, we still have a debt crisis, so I would move most of your money off the dollar in about 2-3 years if Romney wins, 1 year or ASAP if Obama wins.

well that is what the Republicans were pushing for a while back ago to cut cost, the Republicans were the ones that brought up the SCOTUS 1960 case of Flemming Vs. Nestor which stated that individual's have no legal rights to Social Security: Congress can cut or eliminate Social Security benefits at any time regardless of a individual's contributions.
The Court ruled that no such contract exists, and that there is no contractual right to receive Social Security payments. Payments due under Social Security are not “property” rights and are not protected by the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment. The interest of a beneficiary of Social Security is protected only by the Due Process Clause.

So if that seems such a wise choice for the rich, why have you not followed suit? I agree, the Fox Business Channel shrills are idiots.

To the man, each of the Fox morons hosting programs enticed their audience to sit out the market rally. That was mindless.

Let's look at the facts and the decision. One, the court ruled the law a tax, making Obama a bigger liar than ever. Two, the law originated in the Senate and the senate can not instigate a tax, only the house can start a law dealing with revenue, two, the IRS is the regulatory agency, and they do not have that authority to decide what is law and who has to obey it, only congress does. Sixty eight percent of the people wanted Obama Tax (as it is now known) repealed. This will cook Obama's goose.

What the Supreme Court gave Obama was a Romney Presidency. Over 55% of Americans want this law to be repealed. Within 6 hours after Romney announced he would call for the repeal of this law on the first day of his first term, his campaign had received 4 million dollars. It is the gift that keeps on giving. John Roberts ruled that this be taken care of by the voters. Once people understand this is the biggest tax ever given on a people in the world they will run, not walk to vote for Mitt Romney. Roberts is a genius.
It will backfire in your faces. Obama is destined to win again in spite of Roberts dirty little trick.

The Republican House and Senate proposed legislation to regulate those program and allowed the bill to die a natural death in both committees.

That has nothing to do with the Democrat, that was ineffective policing on behalf of the GOP.

Can that nonsense. It's not like we are talking 50 years ago, I would go and find the bill to post but it's not an intelligent discussion being the Republicans had a majority in both chambers of Congress in 2003 when the bills were written and proposed in the committees.

I'm not a person you can tell bullshit, I own enough property to pay attention to the trends and policy debates in Congress as they may have an effect on my personal wealth. I saw the idiots and watched them back down from their aim because of the Housing Lobbyist in Washington.

The Nation collapsed because of the law Bush signed in early 2003, removing Downpayment requirements from housing purchases and allowing home builder to give down payment money to purchasers so that they could qualify for loans they normally would have have been able to purchase.

Throw Obama out? For who? The guy that thought up this tax in the first place and made Massachsetts residents pay it many years before Obama took office? Justice Roberts is right. It is a tax and it was a tax when when Romney was claiming falsely that he wasn't raising taxes. I knew it was a bad idea for Obama to model the law after Romneycare. He ended up using sleazy Republican tactics, like raising taxes while lying about it.
