I've noticed no address the part that the Court did strike down, That the states cannot be required to expand their Medicaid rolls. That means that if they don't, there will be a lot of below poverty level indiviuals who are going to be getting taxpayer money directly from the government to pay for their insurance.

As to your statement of "isn't it great to be forced to buy something you may not want or can afford", I have to ask you - do you drive a car? Then you are being "forced" to buy auto insurance. Do you own a home? If you have a mortgage, you are being "forced" to buy homeowner's insurance. Right?
Politifact checkers and writers habitually do whenever they find something factually correct but politically disagreeable—kick up a bunch of irrelevant contextual dirt and lean on some biased sources. Which is why PolitiFact's own language here is absurd: "We found that though the numbers are accurate, their reading of them isn’t" and "The numbers are accurate but quite misleading." I would also note that my friend Glenn Kessler, the fact checker at the Washington Post. They are a known biased and falsehood writing website that leans far left.

Try something more truthful.

Can you tell us, please, how we have single handedly destroyed America? Perhaps by making sure that more children in this country are able to see a doctor? That those who lost their jobs were able to afford Cobra because of the discount that was offered through Obamacare? Elaborate, please?
So wait, are you saying directly that you can't pay for your health insurance so its our responsibility to cover ours and yours?! Where do you think this money is coming from? and furthermore, where are the doctors coming from that we are going to need to cover all these incoming patients? I'll wait...

STFU loser... I told you that Obamacare would be upheld by the Supreme Court and now you have to fall back to your delusional fantasy on a RINO Romney winning… President Obama was a Constitutional Law professor, how in the Hell did you ignorant right-wing idiots think that you knew more than him when it comes to the constitutionality of anything?

What a great day as I watched the President; President Obama just keeps knocking the crap out of you tea-bagging idiots with his chess board… STFU and go away; you lost again, LOL.

Well, SCOTUS rules obamacare is a tax. That's interesting. Everyone has to pay taxes now. What do you middle income folks think of your new found tax increase? A tax increase obama promised would not happen.

Feel betrayed?

As expected. The individual mandate was Republican idea put forth by the GOP to prevent socialism----those of us who are insured have historically paid for the costs of the uninsured. HOWEVER, they could not officially call it a 'tax' to cater to their base.
Now EVERYONE has to pick up the costs of providing healthcare in this country. A major victory to both sides Republican and Democrats.
Of course, the RINOs will whine as always because they didn't want to pay for their share of the costs.
America IS Left of Center.
Big Victory for Obama Pelosi and the Soviet Style future that is the Dream of the Progressives. Congrats on the new exhorbitant taxes and forcing diminishing Health Care for all Non Union Middle Class families.
It was a tremendous victory over the Filthy Citizen Scum and their nasty families.

Small business owners are mixed on their opinion of the ruling, and even those who want it are "hoping" the costs can be contained and some are confident our elected officials will work out a way of containing those costs!(What a hoot...)

This is the one I think is most disheartening and likely more probable: "By upholding the law, 3.2 million jobs at franchise businesses continue to be put at risk due to the employer mandate provision, thereby discouraging and disincentivizing the creation of new job and business expansion.”

Time to start paying for your own healthcare costs.
but what if 'those of us who are responsible and already pay for health insurance' have to pay for ours, and then have to help pay for others...in other words we pay extra, they pay nothing...is that good or bad? And don't say "I'm willing to do my part for the betterment of man and saving the planet' it will just be more welfare for people already too worthless to earn what they already get.

$1 or a trillion $--- doesn't seem to matter to Obama and his entourage. Once again it's going to hit us, the middle income folks who continue to keep this country up and running. And I just love another of Obama's broken promises: "I promise NO NEW TAXES on a family making less than $250K a year.”

Of course he argued strongly with George Stephanopoulos that the mandate was NOT a tax!

"For us to say that you've got to take a responsibility to get health insurance, is absolutely not a tax increase. What's it's saying is that we're not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you." http://www.examiner.com/article/white-house-t...

"In 2008, the United States had an election, and the American people overwhelmingly elected a president and a Congress who believe it is a moral abomination that, in the wealthiest, most powerful nation that ever existed, tens of thousands of Americans die every day because they cannot afford lifesaving treatment.

Today’s decision upholding nearly all of the Affordable Care Act reaffirms that the American people’s decision matters."
