Drunk driver plows into crowd killing six -- drunk driver's fault.

Knife-wielding man stabs several on subway platform, killing four and wounding a dozen others -- knife-wielding man's fault.

This latest shooting -- gun's fault.

That about right, democrats?

Latest shooting: gun owner's fault.
Funny how the gun gnutters are always blaming the inanimate object.

Well, before today... it had been a long time since the last mass shooting... two days...

Oh- by the way, the stabbings was in Taiwan. a month ago.

The car: two months ago. Two people.

Since then around 1,650 people have died in firearm fatalities.

In the US.

How many of those 1,650 shootings were committed by properly licensed gun owners????

Armed, law abiding citizens are NOT the ones coming these crimes. The only people following the laws are the licensed gun owners, the ONLY ones that are effected by strict gun laws are law abiding citizens. CRIMINALS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAWS AND WILL CARRY AND USE FIREARMS AS THEY WISH. CRIMINALS WILL ALWAYS HAVE GUNS NO MATTER WHAT LAWS ARE PASSED.

Another school shooting. There needs to be federally mandated annual mental health evaluations for all students, teachers and support staff in every school. We need to find who might do something like this and stop them before they have a chance to hurt anyone. If mandatory annual screenings save one child, it will be worth it.

Properly licensed gun owners?

Are you proposing licensing all gun owners?

PS: there are 33,000 killed by firearms average.

What are you going to propose about the mall shootings?

Of course, when you insist you have a right to sell firearms to complete strangers, the mental evaluations isn't going to do a whole lot of good.

So what your saying is if student/teacher psychological evaluations saved even one student it's not worth it.

This country needs to do some soul searching about our gun violence.

Perhaps it is time for some folks to look for their souls.

Damn that pesky 2nd Amendment that protects Americans from an over zealous government. The Obama Administration is just the kind of people the 2nd Amendment was written to protect us from. Where is their Constitutional amendment? Oh, that is right they don't have one. They can't pass one either. Republicans must be shaking in their boots after what Americans did to Eric Cantor yesterday. None of them, who worked against American good are safe from being put on the street. Real Americans are angry, and frustrated over a Government that works against what is best for America, and we are cleaning house. Stand by for a ram, Boys,, the TEA Party is alive, and well.

.....and the death toll from drugs has doubled in the past decade, with one life lost every 14 minutes.

We really need to ban all high capacity assault knives and military style alcohol. None of these weapons of war belong on our streets... Ohh wait... what?

Funny how the gun gnutters can never find the quotes they need so they have to invent.
Reach on back there, Rusty Trombone.
Let me know when you start mandating psychological evaluations for anyone purchasing a gun.
We'll pretend you don't even suggest we check that they are felons.
So aside from your lame attempt at dodging his point, you cant or wont answer the question?

Are you claiming its been 2 months since someone was killed in/with a car?
Are you saying no one has died by knife in a month?
Hmm, your deflection skills are lacking...

By all means let's add guns to our armamentarium for killing people. Accidents and knives don't give us the big numbers we love.
