Obama got Osama!

#1 Nov 3, 2013
We’ve had that fight; the tea-baggers surrendered, and the government reopened. President Obama said “NO”…

OBAMACARE is the law of the land that was upheld by the Supreme Court and approved by the American people with the landslide re-election of President Obama…

Tell the tea-baggers to STFU and get over it… WE WON!

Actually it's still facing legal challenges that will probably make their way to the Supreme Court. As far as it being the law of the land - so what? Laws get repealed or modified all the time. It's a bogus argument.

The law is a train wreck. You won't be saying we won in 2014.

Seems to be the propaganda words du jour.

The repubes have constantly tried to derail the train, postpone the train times and don't want those passengers to get addicted to the train sugar (Ted Cruz) when folks like the destination.

I was quoting senior democratic Senator Max Baucus. He was one of the authors of the bill. I assume he was one of the few members of congress that actually read the bill or at least parts of it. Supporters of Obamacare are in for a harsh dose of reality. More and more democrats will be distancing themselves from this law as it continues to implode.

You and Ayotte would think and believe that, you've loss Elections and hard dug in positions already over ACA..... you guys never have any new ideas just rehashing old failures over and over again.

The Fight has been the route of the Supreme Court and your ideas were beaten back there as well.

Ayotte wants to go back to the Republican Health Care Reform epitomized by Dead on Arrival.

Millions of Americans enjoying the new protections and benefits of the Law are not willing to see their rights and protections repealed, that train has left the station and technical difficulties on a Web Site aren't changing that.

Sweetback Baucus, and other weak back Democrats can say what they want, but they aren't going to vote to repeal the law, protections and rights that millions of Americans currently enjoy from the ACA.

American aren't going for taking away new protections from the Insurance Industry because of a faulty Web Site..... that's just not rational in any way.

The website, while extremely embarrassing, is only the tip of the iceberg for Obamacare. Already millions of people have been notified that their health care plans will be canceled due to the new regulations written by the HHS. The cost of health insurance has increased dramatically. In the latest polls only 38% have a favorable view of the law. It isn’t surprising. The administration had three years and spent half a billion dollars on a website that doesn’t work. Employers are transitioning from full time to part time jobs to avoid Obamacare mandates . The President repeatedly lied to the public when he said “if you like your plan you can keep it, period”. What sane person would want these people making health care decisions for them?

The law is imploding in real time in front us. It was never going to work. Democrats will be forced to abandon it. Already they have started the propaganda that the problem is it doesn’t go far enough and there should have been a single payer socialized medicine. They couldn’t pass single payer when they had super majorities in the House and Senate, there’s no way it will happen now. They know that Obamacare will be a big issue in 2014 and the panic is starting to set in.

So it will be on us to make ACA work properly.

Millions of people being dropped from their plans in lieu of higher plans and premiums is not now a new phenomenon, that's always been the Standard practices of Health Care Insurers in America and has been consistent and the center of the call by consumers for reform over the last 15 years.

Anyone that's had Health Care over that period of 15 to 20 years, whether by group with employers or in the individual market have become accustomed to having higher premium notices and, or drop notices annually for no apparent justification.

the Benefits and protects in the ACA now give consumers rights and protections against Health Care Insurance companies they never had before, Americans are not in the habit of surrendering rights to unregulated industries in America or groups of tyrants that would strip legal rights from citizens.

There is just no going back to an unlevel playing field in the Health Care market because of a faulty website.

You make it appear that those who have been abused and cheated for years by the Health Care Insurance companies took pride in being sold worthless policies that paid for nothing when they tried to submit a claim or send them into medical bankruptcy after a serious illness.

That's A typical of an uneducated consumer and evidence of the intellectual divide.

The plan should be appropriately known as the "Heritage-Care" plan, they're responsible for the contents contained in the plan, especially the mandate.

The nothing comes from the hand cuffs put on Obama by the Do nothing, obstructionist Republicans in Congress. They have been most effective in throwing a wet blanket over the American Economy stifling economic growth and job creation in delaying Senate approved measures specifically designed to open the economy and spur growth and job creation.

That's all in their efforts to make this President appear to be a failure as the republicans promised they would do as he was being sworn into office.

It's not like America has forgot the Republicans commitments to work against America.

So you are saying that Obama's signature plan had nothing to actually do with him. He didn't design it, he didn't give input and his wife didn't hire her friends to come in and f-it up like they did six months before......it's good to know then in 5 years of presidency, Obama has accomplished nothing and according to him knows nothing. If all we got is a golfer, we should have elected Tiger or Mickelson.
What a legacy. I know nothing....I did nothing.

If you didn't receive a premium increase or drop notice in the last 15 years from and Insurance company you contracted with you were not covered by any health care insurance.

It's as simple as that.

So you either had not insurance or where being seen and treated at the local Free Clinic. But you don't have a doctor.

Don't wait, there are elections tomorrow, and they are expected to be a repeat of the Elections last Nov when the Democrats trounced the Republicans.

Waiting until 2014 is unconditional surrender and flat out retreating.

Republicans ideas are going to be rejected tomorrow as they were last Nov, and will be in 2014 and 2016.

An Agent is not synonymous with Insurance Company, You are lying, It is not possible to have a 27 year policy that has not increased in premium pricing in 27 years.

You had a membership in some bogus Health Care discount program, those membership sold to you as insurance that covers nothing when you need medical treatment. They're sold on television all the time. Specifically looking to take advantage of uneducated and ill informed consumers.

See the less you say about you real life experiences, the more intelligent you appear to be.

Wasn't it the Republicans in Congress who swore to ensure America failed? It was the Republicans who collapsed the nation and set the path for Financial Armageddon in 2008, and may I add, fundamentally changed America forever when George Bush nationalized the Automobile and Financial industries.

That's the first step onto the slippery slope to Fascism and corporate controls.

Thank goodness for Obama he saved America from a certain peril set in motion by Republicans and those corporate stooges.
