Despicable-in-Chief needs to be sedated and imprisoned in Gitmo permanently for his crimes. He's a crook - violation of the emoluments clause ; a traitor - linked to Putin and Russian intervention by his own words; a racist - slurs against blacks, Mexicans, Native peoples; incompetent - has literally and deliberately appointed the most unqualified or hostile people to every major government post; and a threat to national safety - making irrational threats to a nuclear-armed foreign leader, trying to provoke nuclear war.

He must go, and his entire corrupt and vicious administration with him. He's the enemy not just of Americans but of Freedom and the entire world.

That would be against the Geneva Convention because it would be considered inhuman treatment of the other prisoners.

Once again the bumbling clown POTUS Crooked Trump sticks his foot in his mouth.

What an absolute dolt and senile dotard.

Now he's off to Asia to be laughed at as a lame-duck jester and Kremlin puppet by people in that region. I wonder how he will humiliate America this time?

Exactly. President Trump can only be described as a non-"racist" of good-will. He called the phony Indian and Democrat party boss - Elizabeth Warren - "Pocahontas". Had the President wanted to use "racist" terms, he might have called her "a White person".

Your post is so true. He could have made his point without referring to Senator Warren as Poccahontas. Was this his feeble attempt at humor? Why does he have to call people names? He reminds me of a 12 year old bully. When he goes on his tour of Asia how many others is he going to insult? He is a total embarrassment to this nation and its citizens.

Exactly. The violent Democrats reveal their reliance on their underlying "racist" ideology by the language they use. For example, the violent Democrats believe Pocahontas to be "a dirty word" because an Indian lady named Pocahontas - a Christian convert - saved a White man from being put to death. The violent Democrats also revile the memory of the heroic fighting spirit of worker ("middle") class Indian braves by disparaging baseball teams - such as the Atlanta Braves - whose names pay homage to those brave people. Undisguised "racism" pure and simple.

In Indian country, the social phenomenon of self-identified tribal members happens often.

Individuals like Senator Warren enmeshed in this phenomenon typically grow up as children among or near a tribal people, yet they have no tribal affiliation despite their feelings, beliefs, and insistence otherwise.

Instead, their association presents itself as "social, close, and economic ties" involving the given tribe, but an association falling short of tribal affiliation and tribal membership.

In general, the tribal government responsible for identifying its tribal members will have a criteria for tribal members to meet in order to become a tribal member. This criteria differs throughout Indian country. Each tribe determines its own membership in its own forum.

The tribe with which the Senator claims affiliation will know for certain whether or not she possesses tribal membership, as a matter of record.

Sometimes, the Bureau of Indian Affairs under law will hold records of tribal membership dating back to the 19th Century, as a function of its delegated trust responsible to look after the health and welfare of tribal peoples. These records may include census data describing the status of tribal peoples at a given time and place. Birth and death records, marriage records, church records, old sworn testimony, and suchlike documentation from a past time may help to clarify a claim to tribal membership.

The Senator, as a smart, educated woman, certainly knows by now her true ancestry. Evidently, her background cannot support her claim to tribal membership. So she should fess up to a misguided view of her personal life as involving tribal membership.

My dear neighbor to the North. I do have a bit of affection for your country. The skiing is great. Lovely scenery and a laid back attitude even in some of your largest cities.

But realize that while you are reveling in a misery that most of us in the United States did not vote for, you are also in the crosshairs of any and all failures of the Trump Administration.

Or are you planning to build a wall and halt all immigration from the USA?

Most of us did not vote for this monster, and we are suffering as a result.

So what is your country going to do to help Americans caught in this horrible mess?

If you don’t do a bit of prevention, you will also suffer consequences should Trump provoke a war with North Korea.

For your own self preservation, your country might want to intervene.

And if you tell me that you are powerless to do so, then you know what it must feel like to have an electoral college determine the fate of your country in spite of a definitive popular vote.

Your observations about Trump are spot on. Just keep in mind that a minority voted him into office.

Overall Trump won approximately 2,600 counties to Clinton’s 500, or about 84% of the geographic United States.

However, Clinton won 88 of of the 100 largest counties (including Washington D.C.).

Without these 100 largest counties she would have lost by 11.5 million votes.

Lock her up!!

Barack Obama

Neither Carrot Nor Stick

Just month’s into President Barack Obama’s first term, the North detonated a series of nuclear bombs.

Rather than negotiate, Mr. Obama imposed a policy of “strategic patience,” hoping that through sanctions and espionage, the United States could wait out the isolated state.

Mr. Obama hoped that the North would eventually feel it had reason to negotiate and make a good-faith effort at talks. Instead the North pursued its weapons program and launched a series of cyberattacks on American businesses, including Sony Pictures.

Mr. Obama also talked tough with the North Koreans when he thought it necessary: In 2014, he warned that the United States “will not hesitate to use our military might” to protect American allies.

North Korea’s Response

It was during the Obama administration that Kim Jong-un, a grandson of the country’s founder, was named leader after the death of his father, Kim Jong-il. The youngest Mr. Kim quickly eliminated those who might challenge his leadership and began a program, using new technology, to develop an intercontinental missile.

The Americans initially hoped the young leader would represent a break from the hard-line policies of his predecessors, but instead he doubled down. In September 2016, he tested a nuclear warhead that he claimed could fit on a long-range missile.

Yes, Mr. Obama's cautious approach at least kept stability in the region. Now, with Trump sounding off with empty threats and nothing else, the chances of war are sharply increased but nothing at all has been gained.
