Wary of crises, Americans tune out budget cut talk

There are 9 comments on the Sunherald.com story from Feb 27, 2013, titled Wary of crises, Americans tune out budget cut talk. In it, Sunherald.com reports that:

Americans are reacting with a collective yawn. They know the shtick: Obama raises the alarm, Democrats and Republicans accuse each other of holding a deal hostage, there's a lot of yelling on cable news, and then finally, when everyone has made their points, a deal is struck and the day is saved.

The Quote of the Decade.....:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America 's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America 's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that,'the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."
~ Senator Barack H. Obama, March 2006

Thank you sir for that brilliant piece or oratory, so why don't you practise what you preach, hmmm? Instead of traveling the country in your constant nonsensical campaign mode for harberging fear for political expediency -- with vacations and golf sprinkled in for good measure.

We've got a debt crises of 17 TRILLION DOLLARS, with over 4 BILLION added each and every day. Not to mention, SPENDING A TRILLION DOLLARS more than we take in each year!!!

Emperor 'Zero'- Rome is burning, while you fiddle....
