Harsanyi: Democrats' new anti-gun laws are also an attack on due process

There are 73 comments on the The Janesville Gazette story from Sunday Oct 7, titled Harsanyi: Democrats' new anti-gun laws are also an attack on due process. In it, The Janesville Gazette reports that:

The notion that certain Americans are pre-emptively guilty of wrongdoing, whether there's any corroborating evidence to back up an accusation or not, isn't reserved for conservatives who happen to be in contention for a Supreme Court seat. In the hierarchy of progressive values, due process is a bottom dweller.

Let me know when you can prove that rape, and assault thing. We have a right to due process under that old Constitution the Democrats hate so much, also are innocent until proven guilty. Hearsay doesn't count. And liars neve win!!

Not enough of them to make a difference. That is why they scream, and howl like people being exorcised in an insane asylum. They have no point to make. Just because they want to abort their unborn children doesn't prove them right. Look at the ranting, and ravings of the last 3 weeks, and they still lost. All they did was galvanize the Republican votes in the mid terms.

Gosh, there must have been 200 or so on the steps of the Supreme Court while Kavanaugh, or kavan-yeah as currently known, was sworn in. What a large percentage 200 or so is of 330,000,000.

Completely moronic! Due process applies to court proceedings only, meaning an opportunity to be heard before the government acts to take away one's life, liberty, or property.

So by your logic, anyone is automatically guilty just by being accused of something. If that's the case, I hope no one accuses you of sexually assaulting their boyfriend!

We're all entitled to due process. Even morons like yourself are included.

Bring that argument to the SCOTUS and see how it does. We won again, Dickhead.
