He was not justified, but then as we all know: you make things up, even your "quotes" are paraphrases that you insist are what people say.

Even when direct quotes are there for you to post.

The jury decided that there wasn't enough proof to convict him for murder- beyond a doubt.

Exactly as OJ Simpson was "not guilty"... beyond a doubt.

I would say they are both equally as guilty as the other.

And this case had NOTHING in common with the OJ trial. Not a damn thing. OJ WASN'T defending himself from someone.

You told us that the pedophile zimmerman followed Martin for no more than ten seconds.
Funny how you keep forgetting.
What makes you think he's a pedophile- does he come to your meetings?

You post on a public forum and you cry about people replying?
Maybe you and your aliases should start your own forum and you could let in only yourselves in.
Should keep you busy.
You are amusing no one but yourself (does that sound like crying?). I don't use "aliases" or "socks", dummy. Unlike yourself, I've nothing to be ashamed of.

The simple facts remain that if it wasn’t for the gun and the misguided urge to get out the car and follow that “punk” – the kid would be alive. Granted, it was a really stupid move by the kid to attack the stalker. This case has nothing to do with justice served; it has everything to do with a dysfunctional “rule of law” that seems to favor the acceptance of killing “the other.”

And if Trayvon hadn't been on his third suspension from school in a year causing his mother to send him to stay with his father, "the kid would be alive". If Martin had covered the remain 348 feet to Brandy Greene's townhouse instead of waiting around the corner to see if Zimmerman would walk past, "the kid would be alive". There are all kinds of what-ifs that can play into this scenario.

And if "the other" is slamming your head into a concrete sidewalk in an attempt to cause you great bodily harm, you're damn right I am in favor of eliminating that "other".

"Granted, it was a really stupid move by the kid to attack the stalker."

Stalker...?...really...uuprove n speculation.

It was the actions of that "kid" that caused someone to defend themselves. That "dysfunctional “rule of law” that you are bellyaching about is what allowed a victim of an unwarranted attack to defend himself.

The law, that you say "...seems to favor the acceptance of killing “the other.”...doesn't do that. It favors the lawful defence against a reasonable belif of a threat of death or grevious bodily harm.

That's why it is called "self-defense" and is referred to as "justifiable homicide". At the time the trigger was pulled, it was the actions of that "kid" and that "kid" alone that caused his death.
