Why Gingrich Will Keep Fighting to the Death

Politics Staff Story:

There's been a flood of stories today on why Gingrich won't quit the race, even though he's almost certain to lose Florida. NYMag’s Dan Amira provides a half-serious list of “Five Reasons Why Newt Gingrich Should Keep Running, Forever.” Here are three of the reasons:

1. Polls since last summer that show Republican voters leaping gladly onto one non-Romney candidate after another, which has given Newt two surges – so far.

2. When Santorum drops out - as he inevitably will - Gingrich hopes to hoover up all of Santorum's voters.

3. The best reason of all - Mitt Romney:

“There's no telling what horrible things could befall Romney in the coming months. Maybe some damning tax revelations will leak out. Maybe a former Bain executive will turn up and admit that he and Romney used to smoke cigars filled with $100 bills as they laughed maniacally about the companies they'd looted. Maybe Romney will be caught on camera insisting that corporations are more personlike than fetuses. You can never know.”

Weigh in: Should Gingrich stay in the race? Do you think Romney will crash and burn?

It will hopefully lack of money, especially that majority of these money for Romney´s campaign are given by speculators, where do speculators take it from? They take it from pockets of tax payers thanks to bail outs, which are given by president Obama and many others to them and they should boost economy, instead of it, they boost their pockets and they try to install candidate, who is easy to them, who is chance for robbing money from taxes for their bailouts. It is like circle.
It si time to stop it and to vote for normal candidate: Ron Paul, he is the only, who is honest there and who has normal, reasonable programm for USA.

More to the point, should Gingrich stay in the race so that we get more installments of the GOP primaries soap opera?

By the way instead of making such circus by elections. It should be national president of USA and not a global war criminal and santa clause of all speculators. And it could be done by honest elections. No more money, all, who want to be president there and who will be o.ked by these both parties, should have time in TV, normal time for debate, no speculations or supporting candidtaes or imposing canidatas by t.v., they should have equal chances, they should response the same questions for every person, they should have the same time. And money for this campaign should be given by usa, not by speculators or another lobbysts.

Why do you spend so much time trolling American forums?

I think Angela Merkel should get her head out of her ass and pony up the money to bail-out Greece, because she's costing ME money in uncertain stock markets.

How do you like them apples?

Romney Exposes His Naked Body of Liberal Lies and Loses Support Nation-Wide
http://youtu.be/2HWs29adb_I

Mitt Romney disgusts his Supporters with his Flip-Flopping and Liberal Lies. Recently Mitt Romney arrogantly admits in this latest video below from Florida that he actually wants to Fund ObamaCare and NOT REPEAL IT!!! He Lied to all of us. The stupid Republican establishment are far too stubborn and Proud to admit they made a mistake in promoting Mitt Romney. But the commonsense members of the Tea Party were more aware of the fact that Mitt Romney is a BIG FRAUD!!!

DUMP ROMNEY: Democrats Love Mitt Romney, The Weakest GOP Nominee
http://youtu.be/8vAmLFV19u8

The Democrats just love Mitt Romney's Flip-Flopping and they are already talking about it as if Mitt Romney is the GOP nominee, because they realize that members of the Republican establishment are to stubborn to change course now. Mitt Romney fits the perfect Obama class-warfare media narrative and has too much baggage to be the GOP Nominee.

Newt has nothing to lose and everything to gain by staying in the race as long as possible. With such a narcissistic personality he thrives on the countless news agencies following him around from place to place like a celebrity. He has throngs of adoring fans cheering him on sending him donations. And of course there are those super PACs with deep pockets. Before his bid for the nomination, he lived in relative obscurity, relegated to the past. Not anymore. And even if he doesn’t win the nomination, I’ve no doubt he has made quite a few business connections that will pay off handsomely in the not too distant future.

If Mitt commits an unforgivable faux pas, Newt will be waiting in the wings ready to step in as the nominee. It is a win-win for Newt.

Big deal claim to fame is that Romney saved the Olympics. The milquetoast moderate still ain't gonna beat the neo-commie Obama come November.

Truth of the matter is that Santorum and Paul are running interference for Romney. Neither of the Candidates have any specific plans other than to protect the interest of those FUNDING their Campaigns.

Not many rightwingnuts on this story.

Regardless, I love it that suicide bomber Newt would rather see President Obama win, before he see his personal enemy Mitt wins.

Newton Leroy is attacking the repub more than any dem is. Dems are just sitting back and watching the clown show...and watching Newt do whatever he can to trash Mitt.

Newt and mittens are more into the farce than anyone else. They are in it for themselves, for money for themselve ( by way of sap doners and as-wipe book buyers). Neither one could give two purple s--ts about america. This goes for all vermin politicians, no matter the party. While you're on the political sucker train, just remember that the potus in 2012 has already been appointed. You dont think that mega world money would allow the ignorant and dysfunctional population of this repub-TARP raped, broke ass country to have the responsibility of voting for nothing more than a greasy mayor or dogcatcher? Or do ya?

Republicans are going to end up with one hell of a choice:

One the one hand a draft-dodging, job-killing corporate vulture, millionaire's daddy's boy who is the biggest lyingest flip-flopper since year one.

And on the other hand a serial adulterer, young female congressional page chaser, inside the beltway professional government tit sucker.

What a choice! What a party!

I'm a little late on this but Next will be history again and Romney will will the Republican nomination. I hope that doesn't irritate off anyone but that's the way it is. I can't do anything about it.
