When will Zimmerman tell us the price for giving an interview? There are some important questions somebody should ask him and I suggest a respectable fair and balanced network should ask the hard questions - and it should not be fux.

I was talking of his legal status. However if the homicide was justified as in defending his own life,it was moral as well.

You sanctimonious folks are a joke. It is ok, dear friend, to have a girlfriend and stay over.

I would suggest the "saying a lot" is a creepy man following his son and killing him.

Try another smear tactic ....

obviously you weren't watching much of anything.

Interestingly at the beginning of the deliberations, the jury was split:

Three jurors were in favor of acquittal
two supported manslaughter
one backed second-degree murder.

In the end, after reviewing all the evidence, the jury ruled unanimously: Not Guilty. So say they all.

it was the father's girl friend. so the question is, was the father there?
he was apparently kicked out of mom's house for problems at school. he didn't go to his father's house so maybe his father was staying at the girl friends? maybe you can tell us.

that's how the system works. they discuss the evidence support their opinions and convince others or be convinced themselves to make a decision based on all the evidence presented to them.

There was plenty of evidence for manslaughter.
Well I guess the prosecution should have tried him on manslaughter and not waited to the last minute- juries don't like that.

So we should go by majority rule in jury verdicts?

So in your warped perception of our justice system - being acquitted of murder makes you "the victim". Gotcha.
I agree GZ is a victim of sorts - a victim of his own stupidity. The result of his decision to be a vigilante cop-wannbee and kill a kid who was minding his own business is that he now lives in constant fear - he and his parents are ruined financially - and he will now face a wrongful death lawsuit where he will very likely be found liable for TM's death - which you apparently consider to be an "ongoing politically motivated vendetta".
There are criminal cases and there are civil cases both are part of our justice system. Deal with it.
1. Zimmerman was charged with murder after politically motivated pressure was applied, the police initially agreed he was justified in his use of force.

2. After being charged he was found not guilty because the jury came to the same conclusion as the police did initially.
3. The only way the jury reaches the not guilty verdict is by deciding that Zimmerman was justified in the shooting.
4. If Zimmerman was justified in killing to defend his life it stands to reason he was attacked.
5. In Florida defendants found not guilty is self defense cases are immune from civil suits.
6. Zimmerman will win a handsome settlement in his defamation case against NBC for altering the 911 recordings.
It would appear you are wrong in every way imaginable.I suggest "you" deal with it.

<quoted text>(CNN)-- Items taken from Trayvon Martin's cell phone -- including a text-message discussion of drug use and pictures of a gun and marijuana plants -- are among new details released Thursday by attorneys for the neighborhood watch volunteer accused of killing him without provocation 14 months ago.
The evidence, George Zimmerman's attorneys say, paints a different picture of the 17-year-old than the one portrayed by his family and supporters. Lead defense attorney Mark O'Mara says he will try to use the evidence if prosecutors attempt to attack Zimmerman's character during his trial on second-degree murder charges, set to begin next month.
Also Thursday, O'Mara filed motions in court. One asks for sanctions against the state for withholding evidence and for saying it didn't have more evidence when asked. The second requests that his client's trial be delayed.
Much of the new evidence disclosed Thursday in filings by Zimmerman's attorneys comes from Martin's cell phone, including photos showing a semiautomatic pistol and ammunition and small marijuana plants growing in pots.
Trayvon Martin evidence
In other pictures, Martin is pictured making obscene gestures in an apparent self-portrait, as well pictures showing him with friends and in other settings.
The text messages include a conversation from November 2011 in which he appears to say his mother has kicked him out of the house after "da police caught me outta skool."
"So you just turning into a lil hoodlum," the person with whom he is texting says.
"Naw, I'm a gangsta," the text message read.
In other messages, text message exchanges appear to be discussing guns.
"U wanna share a .380 w/(blacked out)," one text message sent from Martin's phone reads.
The text messaging logs are also peppered with references to marijuana use.
"I got weed nd I get money Friday," a message sent from his phone reads.
"I hid m weed," another text sent from Martin's phone reads. "its wrapped."
it appears that he was already muddy.

OBAMA has NOW said that he AGREES with the Verdict, But he said it in a way that Many of his Clueless supporters won't preceive it as such.

http://nbcpolitics.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/07/... trayvon

The president added, "The judge conducted the trial in a professional manner. The prosecution and the defense made their arguments. The jurors were properly instructed that in a case such as this, REASONABLE DOUBT WAS RELEVANT and they rendered a verdict. And once the jury's spoken, that's how our system works."

With Martin on top of Zimmereman and the shot fired at point blank range, it would have taken evidence showing Zimmerman INITIATED,i.e. Struck the First Blow, Pulled the Gun, Threatened To Kill Martin, etc. to move the case BEYOND a REASONABLE DOUBT.

But Zero Evidence Presented that this was the case.
No eye-witnesses, no forensics, no video, no audio; NADA. The Verdict was a SLAM-DUNK.

You are correct about the civil case, Tracy Martin (The Grieving Father) who studded Martin's mother and then abandoned them when Martin was three will crawl out of the woodwork and attempt to make money off of the son that he abandoned. Face it, Trayvon Martin was a Ganksta Wanabe and the result of a broken home and an uncaring father. Trayvon was kicked out of school, had porn on his cell and also took on the mantra of the No Limit Wigga. Trayvon Martin either chose his path or was predestined (by lack of parental supervision) of lack of respect for school and the law. His death, although regretful was just a result of this chosen path.
Let me take a wild guess - you're not African-American ...:/
