First, I never said it was "fine" and second, Hillary didn't say it about dead Americans.
Her angry, frustrated reply was basically 'they're dead, what does it matter who killed them?'
I don't entirely agree, but at least I don't lie about it.

<quoted text>It's false to write, "none of your [] groups were denied", the issue is harassment and unwarranted delay, many of those groups are still waiting. If they were denied, they could appeal, if the real power is the red tape runaround.
No it is not false, it is correct. They were not denied and now you claim the issue is harassment and unwarranted delay. So was there any harassment and delay? Since they did not even know about it till it was reported, it is hard to claim harassment. Was there unwarranted delay? With the GOP doing everything in its power to defund the government there probably is unwarranted delay in just about everything the government does. That does not make it a scandal against Obama, it makes it a scandal against the GOP.

Was there any additional red tape? Again, since they didn't even know about it, how could there be? What about the non-conservative groups who were denied? Wouldn't that be a bigger scandal. We know Obama kept the right wing republican in power as a left over from the bush administration, in spite of the extreme partisanship demonstrated over years by these whack jobs. This is further proof that Obama caves to every republican demand. So here we have a republican, for strictly partisan reasons denying legitimate groups the appropriate tax status under the law, and giving to partisan groups inappropriate tax status and you claim you are the victim? Typical republican. You get millions in welfare, and cry when someone else gets pennies.

Lois Lerner, director of the IRSís Exempt Organizations Division and a central figure in the recent IRS scandal, has been accused of a number of untruths since she admitted the agency has targeted hundreds of conservative and Tea Party groups for over two years.
Though some of her defenders claim she is "apolitical," prior to joining the IRS, Lernerís tenure as head of the Enforcement Office at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) was represented by what appears to be politically motivated harassment of conservative groups, particularly those with religious ties.
According to Mark Hemingway at the Weekly Standard, Lerner was head of the FECís enforcement division between 1986 and 2001. In the late 1990ís, the FEC initiated a burdensome investigation of the Christian Coalition, an endeavor that ended up costing the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars and many hours of time....

The IRS did worse than harass and delay, they illegally leaked confidential tax filings to political opponents:

"The willful unauthorized public disclosure of NOMís 2008 Schedule B by the IRS or its employees is a violation of federal law, 26 U.S.C.ß 6103. Indeed, it is a serious felony punishable by a $5,000 fine and up to five years in federal prison, penalties that apply both to IRS and other government employees and third parties. 26 U.S.C.ß 7213(a)(1),(3)."

You are joking of course. Crying foul because your groups got less harassment than those left of you. Then trying to claim there is an application of the rule of law? Where were you when bush was breaking every law under the sun? Where were you when bush was committing treason, and having prisoners tortured to death? No, there is no rule of law for government officials. They can do whatever they please, and they can arrest anyone who complains about it. Why do you think they put the Pat Act in place? Do you really expect they would put such an onerous law in place and then not use it?

Unlawfully disclosing confidential tax filings is no joke. The issue isn't the IRS harassing conservatives, the issue is political corruption, cronyism and crime.

I'm not discussing "every law under the sun", I'm writing about one instance, where same sex marriage supporters in the IRS leaked NOM's tax filings to the HRC, their political enemies, who used that information against Romney in the 2012 elections.

BTW, the Patriot Act has nothing to do with this crime.
