<quoted text>When liberals are wrong 98% of the time, that's not unusual. The IRS leaked the NOM's tax return to the HRC, their political enemies. The HRC shared with Huffington Post, and NOM's 2008 990 Schedule B, confidential donor information, were released and used against Romney's campaign. This is a felony under tax code.
?? Really??? When did we hear about this? Why wasn't this in the media?? If it was used against Romney, why didn't anyone know about it before the election??

Why didn't those Tea party groups get denied their special tax exemption as they are clearly political groups not engaged in educating anybody???

Assuming by your post that you just made 2% of the errors, that means you made all the errors allowed by conservatives and no other conservative will make a single mistake for the next year.

Take your "information" to Congress or the court system and PROVE it, Brainless. You telling me this means absolutely zip to me or anyone else.

Proof talks, bulls--t (like your posts) walks.

Better late than never:

http://www.treas.gov/tigta/auditreports/2013r...

It says the BOLO was for:
"Figure 3: Criteria for Potential Political Cases (June 2011)
“Tea Party,”“Patriots” or “9/12 Project” is referenced in the case file Issues include government spending, government debt or taxes Education of the public by advocacy/lobbying to “make America a better place to live” Statement in the case file criticize how the country is being run[.]"

On March 30, 2012, the Human Rights Campaign — NOM’s chief political opponent — published on its website, under the headline “One of NOM’s Top Secret Donors Revealed: Mitt Romney,” NOM’s 2008 Form 990 Schedule B, which contained the names and addresses of the organization’s major donors. HRC shared the document with the Huffington Post, which published it that same day. The document — which HRC said it had received from “a whistleblower”— would subsequently appear on a number of sites, among them New York magazine, Mother Jones, and the Daily Beast.

Dr. John Eastman already testified under oath before Congress. Tell your Representative or Senator.

You made an out of context cut and paste. Here it is in context:

The mission of the IRS is to provide America’s

Now, they did look at the name for further consideration to make sure all was above board since the name implied a political reason to exist, and a political bias, and with the history we have had with such organizations, a desire to harm America. To be fair they also looked at names like Occupy and checked them out as well.

The bottom line was that none of your precious right wing fanatic groups were denied, while moderate and centrist were denied. That should make you understand that it was not the far fanatic right what was harmed. Also understand it was the same right wing fanatics running the IRS, because Obama was too cowardly to remove the bush appointees. Obama caves every time.

Isn't witness testimony proof? Let the FBI investigate, then we'll have proof.

It's false to write, "none of your [] groups were denied", the issue is harassment and unwarranted delay, many of those groups are still waiting. If they were denied, they could appeal, if the real power is the red tape runaround.

Two possible areas of failure there:

One, you could be reporting the claim dishonestly, and

Two, the witness could've been testifying dishonestly.

Do you want to read Dr. John Eastman's sworn testimony?

http://waysandmeans.house.gov/uploadedfiles/e...

Let the FBI investigate, if the testimony is untrue, he can be charged with perjury.

I have no problem at all with a truly INDEPENDENT investigation. It's letting House (i.e. Republican) committees do the "investigating" that I have problems with.

Democrats don't want an independent investigation. So how else can we conduct the investigation? Have Holder do it? That will keep him out of trouble for a month or so, but he would lie.

Typical strawmanning dumbshit Rightie.

First, I never said it was "fine" and second, Hillary didn't say it about dead Americans.

Her angry, frustrated reply was basically 'they're dead, what does it matter who killed them?'

I don't entirely agree, but at least I don't lie about it.

Dismissed.

You're gonna "make her tell the truth," are you?

LOL

What're you gonna do, post your endless, witless lies at her until she breaks down and submits?
