WOW !!!!!!!!!! I guess all the nuts weren't just hold up in Waco. You and your government conspiracy theories live yet another day. So when Bush signed the EO banning import of assault weapons in 1989 and then Clinton banned them all in 1994 did you Frightwingers have such an uproar back then?

Even though it was reported, complete with video evidence the day after the shootings, the only so-called “assault” weapon at the scene, which actually looks more like a shotgun, had been left in the trunk of the car, and was never used.(A car that ended up not belonging to the alledged shooter, Adam Lanza, or his mother after all).

National and Personal Security

The only solution for stopping the tyrants in Washington, DC. once and for all, is for states to pass a bill to reconstitute the Constitutional Militia and the People of each state DEMAND their governor sign it into law - this session.

Why are there no local Topix Newtown posts?

Did Policeman Vance threaten anyone with prosecution for exercising their First Amendment Right of Free Speech?

Did anyone explain to Policeman Vance that he is a public servant and he works for us and is sworn to protect our Constitutional rights?

How did that escape you Policeman Vance?

What part of this don't you understand?

that is simply moronic, gun/ammo control and regulation has nothing to do with the 2nd amendment! It has everything to do with protecting the public from idiots like you ...

What part of "shall not be infringed" do you NOT understand???

Any extra hurdle, or bump in the road we must cross just to exercise a constitutionally proteected right is an infringement. How about requiring a license or background check before you can speak in public??? Or requiring you to register or pay an extra tax in order to practice the religion of your choice??? Would not those be infringements on your 1st Amendment rights???

According to the State Police report (doubt if they are all lying) a second assault rifle was found in the trunk of the shooters car he was driving. Will this stop the crazy conspiracy nuts out there. NO!!!!!!!!!! You all are just one medical exam away from being locked up in the nut house.

Poor gun gnutters: never happy with the second amendment; always the partial quote.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia : there “undoubtedly are” limits on the second amendment’s right to bear arms but that these must be limitations that were viewed as reasonable at the time the U.S. Constitution was written.

So tell us, oh ignorant one, what were the "limitations that were viewed as reasonable at the time the U.S. Constitution was written"??

You do realize that even criminals (the ones that were not put to death for their crimes) were given their FULL rights back upon completion of the sentence, because their debt to society had been payed, right??

It's idiocy, both you and I know the 2nd amendment refers to muskets -- nothing more nothing less.
