The black man down the street was caught with drugs. Send everyone who isn't white or christian back to africa. I'm calling it now: liberals and wanna-be conservatives who are too cowardly to say what I am saying will come around in 2012 to realize that if we don't clean up, we'll suffer tenfold. Disagree with me if you want, as the constitution gives you the right to hate America. Listen to what I say and clean up if you want to preserve America, else you are an America-hating liberal.

Not all Muslims are terrorists any more than all people who live in Muslim countries are oil rich. There is a problem, that from MY perspective, I see very few Islamic moderates or those who don't insist their religion is better or more important than mine.
The problem is that in the middle east speaking out PERIOD equals making yourself a terrorist target. The Islamic moderates are scared of the terrorists also. Which is partly the TRUE goal behind their terrorism, not only does it make others fear them it keeps the population fearing them. It's like living in a gang neighborhood.

They have a right to their religion, and I have a right to mine. In the U.S. there is not a monopoly of any religion governing our laws.
I agree, however some people in this country don't.

If some American Muslims are put into our mix, as long as they act and behave as if we are all equal, I'd vote for one as quickly as I voted for Obama or Nixon.
A person's abilities are more important than their appearance.

"You have the right to freedom of religion as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others."
Why don't you liberals realize that?

- Don't be ridiculous - "conservatives" are JUST as narrow-minded as "liberals"! And just because someone doesn't AGREE with you doesn't make them a "liberal." We do not live in a "black-and-white," "all-or-none," "yes-or-no" world. Shades of gray predominate. And we all should be able to handle that without going off the deep end.
If you took the time to read her posts, especially her 1st one, there would be no doubt she is a liberal. That doesn't make her a bad person. I never attacked her on her liberalism. I responded to what she posted. You are the one that seems to be going off the deep end. Everyone is entitled to their point of view & it's ok if there's disagreement. In this country, for now at least, we can still disagree & continue moving on. But Kelly did prove she is a liberal & that's ok. She is seeing the truth about obama as now he is showing his true colors, which do not seem to be red, whit, & blue.

The reporters have done a pretty balanced job on the issue. Some of the comments clearly appears to be not about the issue but out of deep Muslim-Phobia or Islamophobia.

For America to become as promised, we all have to go beyond race, religion, anti-antisemitism and Islamophobia and find strength in diversity and strive to emulate Moses, Jesus and Mohammed as best as we can.

If you think that is strange you should see the pictures of Bush kissing him on the cheek and then holding hands with him.

Not for One Minute Do I think those "top Muslim candidates" have been properly vetted. Obama will have us all living under Sharia law due to his incompetence if not due to his desire.

So it is unbecoming of a "Head of State" -- especially like the US president. It is like the Queen of England bowing to the President of Taiwan.

Anyone who has read the teachings of Mohammad shouldn't want to emulate him. That is sick.

Chaz is not nuts he is only thinking of the future. Muslims don't need the right to practice their religion freely, they already have that. Muslims want the right to make ME practice their religion.
