Oct 6, 2013 Full story: The Washington Post 413

No matter how many times you say it, if Unemployment is above 6% for 49 months, and there is little or no job growth, there is no recovery. It is a myth. Unless we elect people who understand economics, and they are not Democrats, we will continue to devolve into the jungle.

The jungle is nice this time of year. Tarzan needs a new sidekick (Cheetah died two years ago). Ask for an audition.

Tea Party congressmen what a foolish title, 95% of them have turned out to be Democrats in a GOP wrapper.

Rand Paul and Ted Cruz are about the only constitutionalists in Washington DC.

The rest are criminal banker shills.

"Solyndra is not alone. The tally of Obama’s government-sponsored ventures includes a long list of green energy companies like A123 Systems, Ener1, Amonix and Fisker Automotive. Each has gone bankrupt or failed to create the jobs promised — but not before taking taxpayer money.

Fisker, like Solyndra, took more than a half-billion dollars. Then, instead of creating jobs, it laid off workers and is now producing its automobiles in Finland."

Name one Democrat that is fiscally responsible. Democrats believe Obamacare will give more people better care for less money. That's crazy talk.

why is that crazy talk? do you think our current system of providing health care to the poor through our emergency rooms is an efficient, effective way of doing things? that would be the crazy talk here...

<quoted text>Did you actually look at the chart?

It says Bush 43 created 8.6 million jobs.
I looked, new jobs created 1.1 million. Those are the numbers after you take the jobs lost out of the equation. But if you insist on using your number I am still correct.
Clinton tops the list when it comes to jobs created on his watch all along with those higher tax rates during his term.

The chart says NET new jobs.

What does NET mean?

I agree. Clinton is at the top. He spent Reagan's peace dividend that was earned putting the Soviet's OOB. That's where Clinton's anticipated budget surplus came from too. Reagan's peace through strength allowed us to cut military spending. barock's war through appeasement foreign policy will put us further in debt. He also had a Republican Congress that prevented him from killing the economy with hillarycare.

Do you agree barock is dead last? At least you can blame it on Bush, even though it's been 5 years and $8trillion more in debt... and two lost wars.

The "crazy talk" came from the loser Mitt (47 percenter) Romney:

"Well, we do provide care for people who don't have insurance," Romney told interviewer Scott Pelley. "If someone has a heart attack, they don't sit in their apartment and -- and die. We pick them up in an ambulance, and take them to the hospital, and give them care.

How do you get 8million when the first chart only shows 1.1million?

Wackadoodle Bachman is happy as a crazy clam because she wasn't worried about Republicans caving to pressure to end the government shutdown because "this is about the happiest" she's seen her conservative colleagues in a long time.

At least the silly woman was heckled as she gets her photo op with some vets.

In all of the charts, Carter whipped Dubya on job creation. That is some funny stuff.

The charts are a year old. Lets see what the final tally will be like before judging the current President. You know, wait for the facts before finger pointing.

And who has the President been for the last FIVE years?

Guess you think his first four years count for nothing?
