All of this racist, gun-toting NRA B.S. does not change this simple fact:
The Jury will convict Zimmerman on Manslaughter charges (25 years to life).
Chatter about irrelevant conspiracies all you want. Regardless, Zimmerman is going to prison for a very long time. He will get what he deserves.
In Florida a guilty verdict for manslaughter carries a 9.5 to 15 yr penalty. Not 25 to life. If oyu're going to bloviate at least get the simple parts right.

No the same Justice Department that killed 80 Americans on American soil and now the one that sent weapons to the drug cartel in Mexico. Thats the one!

I hope that the Zimmerman "defense fund" continues to grow.

To the Zimmerman Klan Members: Keep Donating $$$.

The Civil Lawsuit against the Zimmerman Klan will be a walk in the park, with a much lower standard of proof applicable against Zimmerman(More likely than Not).

No amount of money will compensate the Martin family for losing their son. However, there is a sense of justice realized when the Martin's bankrupt Zimmerman as a result of the Civil Suit, and become Millionaires in the process.

I suspect that the Martin family will utilize this money to challenge unjust laws (SYG), and to promote criminal justice on the whole. They are very good people.

Which "honorable and socially responsible Zimmerman" are you talking about?
A, B, C or D?
A. The Zimmerman that had his boys do time for him and not ratting him out?
B. The Zimmerman who fought a woman who he called his "ex-hoe" ?
C. The Zimmerman who resisted an officer with violence?
D. The Zimmerman who didn't "miss driving around scared to hit mexicans?"
Enlighten us to which version of the honorable Zimmerman that we should be outraged that he was charged with a crime?
Society has really turned a dark corner if Zimmerman is "honorable or socially responsible."
God help us! God help us!

Wrong.

Manslaughter Conviction + Weapon Enhancement + Assault on Minor

= 25 years to life.

Was Trayvon allowed to go to the store, since he just got a 10 day OSS, or did he just go without asking?
He was just using the store as a destination. He didn't need candy and iced tea. So why did he really go out that night (with a lighter)?

Wrong Again Freebird:

Read this post, and admit you learned something.

Aggravated Manslaughter is Punishable by Life in Prison:

A manslaughter conviction in this particular case could be equally as bad for Zimmerman because the charge would likely be enhanced to aggravated manslaughter, because Martin was under the age of 18. This charge carries a penalty of up to life in prison as well.

http://voices.yahoo.com/controversial-stance-...

Aggravated Manslaughter:

Aggravated manslaughter is an enhanced charge triggered by certain circumstances. Those include negligently causing the death of an elderly person; negligently causing the death of a person less than 18 years old; and negligently causing the death of fire or rescue personnel. Aggravated manslaughter is a first-degree felony punishable by life imprisonment

It is very quiet here all of a sudden. The cat got your tongues?

No one can dispute the law on Aggravated Manslaughter.

Up to life in prison!

Zimmerman is going down this time...

Is anyone going to challenge me on the specific Manslaughter Law in Florida, and it's associated aggravating factors?

I did not think so.

If you have no brain, and you are ignorant, just call me names instead. Ooooooh...

Next time, don't talk smack until you know the law first. I know the law. You do not.

Freebird:

Did you read the Manslaughter Law yet? What are your thoughts?

I promise not to rub it in (against you only) if you merely acknowledge the fact of its potential life imprisonment sentence. That is all.

However, if you become mean, I must revoke my promise.

Post #23712 made NO MENTION of anything but "manslaughter charges". You can list all the assorted amendments to that post you like in an attempt to save yourself from looking foolish. It won't work. If you insist on making what is supposed to be a definitive statement get it right the first time. You clearly did not.

Awwww Freebird...

Is that really the extent of your apology to me?

I was holding out hope for you as someone I could respectfully disagree with.

Look at my original post again. It is accurate and correct under Florida Law. Those factors which I listed, which apply in this case, are called "aggravating factors".

Therefore, a Manslaughter conviction is automatically elevated to "Aggravated Manslaughter" simply upon a showing that Trayvon was under 18 years old. You don't dispute that fact as well, do you?
Yeah
