You must have been there with such detailed knowledge about what happened.

Zimmerrmen never identified himself a neighborhood watch. He just continues pressing Martin until Martin feels he must defend himself. Martin was much bigger than Zimm so Zimm probably flashed his gun. Neighbors will testify that he had an aggressive and intimidating style of patrolling. There had been several complaints about him confronting residents. He became a big man when he strapped on his gun.
Zimmerman was going back to his truck so any pressing was done by Martin. Punching Zimmerman and breaking his nose is a forcible felony in the state of Florida.

In an earlier 911 phone call, George Zimmerman reported a suspicious black man walking around a friend's house and told the operator, "I don't want to approach him." Obviously George preferred the cops doing the job.

The State's strongest witness is Z himself and it will be hilarious when he starts crying on the stand from the prosecutor pointing out all of his own contradictory claims.
Omara wants the jury sequestered. The court should revoke GZ's bail because as soon as he realizes he will lose he will kill himself.
Idiotic, transparent liar, you're the loser on here all day.

Some say it was reckless for Zimmerman to leave his truck at all, yet the law simply does not codify that. Leaving one’s vehicle inside one’s own neighborhood cannot legally be considered “reckless” behavior, especially when Zimmerman was well-known as being the neighborhood watch captain for the community. The community was plagued with burglaries and most were committed by young black males.
It makes sense that Zimmerman would leave his truck to investigate something he considered suspicious, especially when he was relaying information to a 911 dispatcher.
Many people have taken issue with the fact that Zimmerman was armed as well, but legally speaking, it is unlikely to matter.
Around one million Florida residents have concealed carry licenses. Carrying a weapon in one’s own neighborhood is not uncommon, nor does it have any special impact on this case. There is no evidence, and no witness claims that Zimmerman was brandishing his firearm or otherwise using it inappropriately before the fatal shot was fired.

"I would go on record by stating that of the eight prior burglaries in the 15 months prior to the Trayvon Martin shooting, all of the perpetrators were young black males."

Zim doesn't have to take the stand, so keep your fantasies to yourself. What will be interesting is when defense brings up the fact Martin hid behind those row houses instead of just going home. Why? Even more interesting is the fact Martin made no attempt to call police for any help. Or the fact there was not one scratch on his body caused by Zimmerman with the exception of the bullet wound and a scraped knuckle consistent with hitting somebody or something.

Sounds like you think Trayvon knew the bastard following him was a hot tempered ass who would murder him. Had he known that he would have run out of the neighborhood. No, he thought if he hid the sicko would drive off and find another victim. Sadly, his youthful judgment was wrong.
Oh really? Then why didn't he just run out of the neighborhood anyway? After all, if a fatter, shorter, older man was following me for molestation purposes, why would I stick around? To see if he will go away? LOL!

Damn, I wish you were the prosecutor in this case. It would last about three hours before Zim was set free. LOL!

Correct: he never went back. Instead, he stayed right where Zim lost him while Zim finished his phone call with 911.

Rules don't apply to citizens not on watch. Zim was just going to the store like any other American when he spotted Martin. Police are police 24/7 whether on duty or not. Neighborhood watch people are not.

Is this the very same girlfriend that lied under oath making claim she was hospitalized which is why she didn't attend Martin's funeral? That should go over well with the jury.

Facebook profile leads to Marion County gang arrests

OCALA, Fla.-
Two members of a Marion County criminal street gang were arrested with the help of social media, according to deputies.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office said they had been looking for felony fugitive and gang members Mario Daniel McDonald, 23 and Joseph Wayne Edwards, 27 since May 10. By using Facebook, they found a profile containing photographs of the men holding shotguns.
The images posted to Facebook reveal both suspects in possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, which is considered criminal activity.
They also had other gang-related photographs posted, deputies said.
"The still images attached to these Facebook accounts promote and further the interests of the criminal street gang," said Captain James Pogue of the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, McDonald and Edwards are reportedly associated with a criminal street gang known as the "Crazy White Boys."
Both suspects were arrested and charged with criminal street gang activity and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on Monday.

I thought from reading on here that all criminals are black. G8uess not.
most right thinking persons know that blacks don t commit all the crime however, statistics clearly point out that though they only comprise 13% of the population, they are chargable for the commission of more than 60% of the more vicious crimes, not just this country, any like mixed country has comparable statistics in thier files, they may be coducticting a race war here but it must be catching on elsewhere in the world or its just an ethnic trait

He was pursuing son.

The 911 attests to that. However, I'm sure it will be brought up during trial.

As for the weapon, I don't think it would have been an issue... right up until he discharged it.

That changes everything.
