My point was how much an unemployed man could spend in just a few short days. He didn't need security, he was out of state and not being bothered.
You have the post number where I said everyone who believes Zimmerman is guilty collects food stamps?

I believe I said YOU.

You're the one making such a big deal about such a small amount of money, so you must be awed by the numbers.

You have no idea what the money was spent on.

It is his money after all.

His legal defense-protection-Maybe he has debts.

Why should you care? Its not Obama dollars being thrown away on green energy scams(SOLYNDRA) and such.

SCOTUS is going to rule on Health care scam,Arizona's law.

Both will not be favorable to Obumlick.

Get used to saying President Romney for the next 8 years.

Then 8 years of President Rubio.

:~)

Pomegranate?
You can keep your food. And choke on it dearly.

No, you are delusional on both counts.

Take it from me, Romney will lose.

Rubio will be a footnote in history.

Mark my words. We know your word is not to be taken seriously. You know, seeing how many times you've been exposed for your lies.

No wonder you cannot back up the things you write on this thread. When asked to prove yourself, the facts scatter away from you. Or is it they were NEVER there to begin with?

How are those "lesser charges" option looking about now, grand legal masterfool?

Do you think Lester will give him bond again? If so, how high?

He has a perfect legal reason for denying bond, the second hidden passport.

Seems these people completely ignore the facts.
1)Zimmerman was neighborhood watch.
2)Zimmerman called law enforcement to report suspicious person.
3)Zimmerman followed on foot because the suspicious person was trying to lose him.
4)When the dispatcher indicated to Zimmerman that he didn't need to follow,Zimmerman stopped following and tried to get a good location for law enforcement to meet him.
5)Travon Martin stalked Zimmerman and confronted him in a violent manner which resulted in personal injury to Zimmerman and left him no choice but to protect himself from Travon.
6)Police noted Zimmermans injuries and that he was treated at the scene.
7)eye witness puts Travon on top of Zimmerman and Zimmerman yelling for help.
I have yet to see anything from the prosecution, much less these fatass armchair lawyers which dispute these facts.
Bingo!

There is no evidence.

Unless they count conjecture and supposition as evidence.

What they want to believe does not translate into the truth or the actual evidence.

Zimmerman was viciously attacked and defended himself as his skull was being pounded into the concrete.

Will Mrs Zimmerman be arrested for perjury? Will she be thrown in the clinker for contempt of court?

Will she hire O'Mara?

Will she have her own begging site?

Hey Zazz!

As you know, the Judge has very broad discretion here to rule either way on this issue.

However, I think the Judge will let Zimmerman sweat things out for a short period, and then will re-set bond, but raise it to an appropriate amount, considering his "finances". That is just my hunch though.

I thought the passport issue here was huge myself, but a few articles I read reported how Judge Lester likened that only to losing your driver's license, and re-applying for another one to replace that lost one. Zimmerman saved his arss on that one by turning over that second passport to O'Mara earlier on.

Bill Clinton complied with the law. Zimmerman did not.
If Clinton did not follow the law he would have definitely been convicted of some crime, but he is not convicted of ANY crime, ever.
Even Bush and Cheney had MULTIPLE convictions when they were sworn in.
Bill Clinton did not comply with the law he committed perjury. Also unless you have forgotten Bill Clinton gave the go ahead at Waco where 80 children were murdered. He left our troops in Mogadishu to be slaughtered and he sent the USS Cole to be blown up without an escort. You folks love to pick and choose too much!

There is no "Justice" in our legal system. If crime isn't punished impartially then the scales of justice have been irreparably damaged. The twelve member jury doesn't work anymore with the exodus of "civility" from our society. When a jury can be poisoned by a single member who insists on maintaining an ingrained prejudice related to people opposing their viewpoints then it is time to change the way trials are conducted. How in Gods name can Michael Jackson, Lindsey Lohan, John Edwards, Casey Anthony, to name but a few defendants be exonerated when they were facing multiple criminal charges, and had evidence against them related to their cases that a mere fraction of it would have sent any ordinary individual to a life of contemplation on the consequences of crime? Because one juror or judge can influence a case detrimentally enough to prevent justice from being served. In the case of a judge, how about the justice who presided over the O.J. Simpson trial, Lance Ito? He insisted on dismissing jurors and replacing them with alternates until he finally developed a jury pool that allowed O.J. to avoid being punished.

Some of your points are pure conjecture on your part.

Some are the very things that will be used to prosecute Zimmerman for second degree murder.

Let me know where I can pick up my check.

Maybe I can use it on a month-long trip to the Caribbean and spoil myself unabashedly and hedonistically wild!

That sounds so good, I may not wait on that check. Let me check my calendar and call my travel agent.

Seems I have a reason to go there ANYWAYS!!!!!

Thanks for the heads up anyways, though!

But put that together with everything else he did wrong, and he doesn't look like a good person. He wasn't a good kid who made one mistake. He made one bad decision after the next.

And a 10 day out of school suspension is not a minor problem in school, it is major, regardless of what he did. They don't give them out for being late or missing homework.

Hello to you Mr Citizen. Hope you had an enjoyable weekend.

I waiver. Sometimes I think he will let him cool his heels then give him a high bail. Other times I think he will punish him by continuing his no bond status. O'Mara will file motions tomorrow.

I think it was O'Mara, not Lester that used the driver's license analogy.

From my understanding the prosecutor is the one who found out about the passport when Zimmerman was discussing it with his wife.

The same way they verified to Lester's satisfaction that the money issue was not an oversight or mistake.

The system we have is the best in the world, "they" say. But you should be very careful in tinkering with it to achieve a desired result.

The cases you speak of are varied and stands on their own merits. Just because "multiple criminal charges" doesn't make one any more guilty or not guilty.

Take the John Edwards case. The government reached on that one. They tried a novel (never before tried) approach to federal election law charges. Never before had anyone been charged with the "crimes" that he was charged with.

It was always a matter handled civilly by the Federal Elections Commission. The charges were started by the previous administration and continued with this one. No criminal charges should have ever been brought. Good for the outcome.

The government will NOT retry on the mistrial counts. It would be a waste of taxpayer monies.

Be careful what you wish for.

Oh yeah, that's right. I saw his ugly self the other day doing just that. A terrible sight he was.

He was chowing down on some three-day old grill cheese sandwich. He wiped his face of with a soiled baby diaper. Someone asked him if he was ok. He said "Yeah, this was much better than yesterday's dinner."

One could not help but notice his brown-stained teeth as he talked. Ugly, ugly sight of a poor feller he was.

They're gonna take him to the local pool tomorrow, after dark!
