Republicans see the train approaching.

The ACA train and like the Social Security Train and the Medicare Train.

Scratch a bit below the surface, however, and the position that House GOP lawmakers take on the health care law becomes cloudier.

On their campaign and congressional websites, in fact, a good number of House Republican lawmakers don't actually advocate for repeal at all. An equally healthy chunk of the GOP caucus say they want to get rid of Obamacare, then add that they support some provisions of the law.
Hoping to gain the perspective of a voter searching for basic

information on what his or her congressional representative feels about Obamacare, The Huffington Post examined the health care reform section of the campaign website or congressional website for every House Republican running for reelection this year.

We broke down our findings into five categories:

1. Repeal the law.
2. Repeal the law and replace it.
3. Reform the law.
4. Avoiding mentioning the law altogether.

Black NBA Owner Held Black Only Party, Whites Turned Away; NBA Did Nothing
By Debbie Schlussel
In the wake of this week’s NBA proposed lifetime ban and $2.5 million fine for Donald Sterling, a longtime reader reminded me that I’d written about another NBA owner, a Black man, who held a party in which Whites were refused entry and turned away. And, yet, the NBA did nothing.
jayzbeyonceprogresssterlingsti viano
As I’ve already pointed out, Black racism and bigotry against Whites, Jews, Mormons, and gays is tolerated by the NBA. But a private racist conversation by a White owner is not. And here is an instance of a Black then-NBA owner whose public, deliberate racism was tolerated and ignored. Jay-Z a/k/a Shawn Carter was an owner of the Brooklyn Nets, an NBA Team, from 2003 through mid-April 2013. But, as I noted on this site, in February 2010, Jay-Z held a lavish party at the Merah club in central London, and banned White people from attending. The party, for music industry executives, reporters, and other Jay-Z ass-kissers was for Blacks only. Bouncers were instructed to refuse entry to Whites.
Reader Chris reminded me that I’d written about this, and noted:
Wasn’t Jay-Z part owner of Brooklyn/New Jersey Nets when he threw that racist party you wrote about? I don’t remember any NBA controversy over that.
I don’t either, but here’s a reminder from my 2010 post,“More Obama ‘Post-Racialism’ Courtesy of Jay-Z“:
Jay-Z was caught up in a race row when bouncers at his BRITs after-show party “banned” white people from boozing with the star. Chart legend Jay-Z threw a lavish bash but music industry executives, journalists and revellers were turned away from the roped-off area because of the colour of their skin.
Minders were spotted banning clubbers from the private event because they were not “of colour”.... One clubber said:“The security guards were happy to let in all party-goers apart from the white people.
Again, this was a deliberate, public, racist act by a Black NBA owner, as opposed to a private telephone conversation. I wonder how many current NBA owners would keep their teams if we heard everything they say in private. Probably none.
And remember, this is Jay-Z, who was a drug dealer, shot his own brother, and stabbed a record executive in 1999. He was indicted in 2000 over the stabbing and was given a plead deal in which he was allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor.
Yet, the NBA had no problem with this racist, violent thug owning a team. Because, hey, he’s Black!
Did Donald Sterling (who is a jerk, but so is Jay-Z and so are many NBA owners) ever stab anyone? Shoot anyone? Deal drugs? Ban Blacks from his NBA games with security guards turning them away based on skin color?
Nope.
Donald Sterling owns 100% of the Clippers Flacko__do da term lock stock and barrel ring a familiah note?

No how bout you tell us all what part of the Nets was owned by Jay-z/Shawn Carter.

Save your time Junebug__it was 1/15th of one percent.

Based on what you've told us, that is a complete lie.
Do you think the poor get any less hassle about paying than you did?? You dumb enough to think they can waltz in and get care without having their economic situation examined in minute detail??
You think they don't have to pay or come up with a payment plan of some sort?? If so you're a bigger idiot than I thought.
You are one sick woman. You make yourself out to be a victim, yet claim that others have it so much easier because they're poor.
That is way beyond stupid, but that's you, Carol.
Go have a cigarette. Mess up your health even more.
The repeated lie about the poor and medical care is out of the Social Darwinist handbook.
Repeated many times, the same lie.
How do homeless people get medical care?
How do they walk to the ER with no money...how do their children get medical care
Her lies on this are part of the party platform.

Don't be so dramatic.
However, I have the same medical coverage millions of others have - employer-based.
May I ask how are you covered?
Frankly, you should be more concerned about those losing what they have for something they can't afford after the employer mandate kicks in...decreed now, of course, to take effect AFTER the elections.
We were set to lose our employer coverage January 2015. Got the letter and everything. We might now be able to hang on to it for another year. Even so, my care will be free under ObamaCare. Substandard, but free.
Lies lies and more lies from the thread sociopath.

The ambulance or life flight chopper can find the hospital__and with luck they might arrive before the patient expires. And then the patient or the insurer will pay (LOL) for that transport less the deductible of course. The baby that is transported to the nearest hospital and then later transported to Arnold Palmer by life flight will never get a bill__the parent(s) will__if they have an address.

How is your care substandard under ObamaCare when you don't even subscribe to ObamaCare? Please be specific.

May I ask how much (pretax) Hubs has deducted each month for his employer based BC/BS that covers both you and he???

"You will know them by their fruits."
~Jesus Christ
Anyone can hide behind Christianity to pursue any agenda or for any purpose.
But you and sonic should really focus on the New Testament. It changed everything. You'll know what Christianity is all about. Before Christ's coming in the New Testament and the first churches, there was only Judaism and the Old Law.
Okay Carol let's take a look at some of the fruits of your GOP;
Millions of Americans are being denied access to health coverage because Republican governors and legislatures have refused Medicaid expansion in their states; some 750,000 in Florida alone. One of them, Charlene Dill, a 32-year-old mother of three, died as a result.
Senate Republicans in the Senate blocked legislation that would have raised the minimum wage and pulled millions out of poverty.
And let's not forget the Ryan budget that would further enrich the already wealthy on the backs of the middle class and poor and was called immoral by the leaders of his own church.
If anyone should read the New Testament it's you Carol. You may call yourself a Christian but you're not even close. You're a fraud.

the media coverage never focuses on the legal issues.....
