You don't want to know why the President of the United States lied to the American people and continued to lie for two weeks after a terrorist attack on an embassy left unprotected and requests for help denied on the anniversary of 9/11 right before an election?

Why not?

doesn't mean i have to believe in the Bible. in this country i can believe whatever i please.

so i get a bit upset when the Christian Taliban tries to force me to see things their way.

State Department puts terrorist designation on group that attacked Benghazi
By Joel Gehrke | JANUARY 10, 2014 AT 12:53 PM
.......
Two hours after the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack, U.S. government officials in Washington knew that a group called Ansar al Sharia in Libya had claimed responsibility for killing four Americans in Benghazi. Sixteen months later, the State Department made the terrorist designation official......
The State Department designated multiple groups that go by the name "Ansar al Sharia" as foreign terrorist organization.....
The State Department designated another Ansar al Sharia as an alias of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula just weeks after the terrorist attack in Benghazi.
"AAS -- which is based in Yemen and is a separate entity from Ansar al-Shari'a in Libya -- was established to attract potential followers to shari'a rule in areas under the control of AQAP," the State Department announced on Oct. 4, 2012. "However, AAS is simply AQAP's effort to rebrand itself, with the aim of manipulating people to join AQAP's terrorist cause."

In 1951 Eric Hoffer authored a book,“The True Believer,” that analyzed and explained the psychological causes of fanaticism, the motives of personalities that give rise to extremist movements, and the similarities between them; whether the movements are religious, political, or reactionary. Hoffer argues that even when their stated goals or values differ, these movements attract the same type of followers and use the same tactics and rhetorical tools as fascists, Nazis, and religious fanatics such as fundamentalist Christians intent on ruling America by Christian theocracy. Hoffer’s book is as prescient today as it was in 1951, and his analysis described many Americans after the terror attacks on 9/11 and teabaggers’ racist revolt over Americans electing an African American man as President.
Hoffer explains that the technique of a fanatical movement aims to infect people with a malady and then offer the movement as a cure, and he explains that these movements begin with a widespread “desire for change” from discontented people who place their locus of control outside their power, such as in god and the bible and who hate the existing culture. Since the election of Barack Obama in 2008, the religious right successfully convinced evangelical extremists that they lost their religious liberty and that their only hope was electing Republicans who are furiously passing unconstitutional religious laws as both a cure and to change America back to a Christian nation true believers are certain is the key to their redemption.
The Founding Fathers were aware that America was prone to a takeover by a religious movement filled with true believers and protected the country with a ban on religion interfering with the legislative process. It is that ban that drives Republicans and their evangelical voting bloc’s lust to abolish the Separation Clause of the Constitution. Despite the Constitution’s ban on government forcing religion down the throats of the people, another Republican-led southern state is pushing a law to force prayer on students in public schools. In January it was South Carolina that revived a year-old attempt to require mandatory teacher-led prayers in public schools, and now it is Alabama pushing legislation to force all students at all grade levels to suffer through daily mandated prayer sessions under the guise of learning about Congressional procedures.
....It does not matter if it is legislating prayer in public schools, teaching the bible creation story as science, or legislating legal discrimination under the guise of religious liberty; the religious right will never stop attempting to rule by theocracy. It is noteworthy that the highest court in the land has struck down attempts to force prayer on students, teach creationism in public schools, and discriminate against gays and still, religious fanatics will not be dissuaded from their biblical mandate “to make disciples of all nations”(Matthew 28:9) the religious right is attempting to fulfill by legislation regardless their efforts are blatantly unconstitutional.
..........
The Founding Fathers actually agreed on very little....just saying
States maintained established Churches into the 1830s... check Mass for this.
Democratic Party is "a Big Tent Party" including religious and non religious members.

They're not interested in tolerance, they're interested in somebody noticing them... patting them on the head... remembering them for the sheer force of will it took to do nothing when doing something was what was called for.

Let's take your average high school football player or cheerleader. What else can they possibly do? What else can they possibly be? Their stars turn out to have peaked too early so there's only one thing left for them: the military for him, cleaning the barracks for him for her. This is no mystery, they're just sad... and lonely.. and stoopid.... just like in High School... Now let's kill them all... huh? Well, you were with me up until there, right?

7) There was no Harvard PLaw Review publication where Obama said he was born in Kenya
8) Obama has always said he was born in Hawaii
9) Obama never said he was born in Kenya
Got any more examples from the tin on lies you tell here everyday?
Round down to 40, round up to 50.
Not only did the President of Libya say Al Qaeda planned the attack, he told Obama when the attack was planned by Al Qaeda.
Al Qaeda in the Magreb claimed responsibility for the attack immediately after. Internal emails in the State Department dated 9/12 confirm this.

Here's how publishing works, moron. A publisher will publish a bio of any author under contract. If the bio is not accurate, the publisher can be sued for libel and/or slander. Therefore, listen carefully here, you may need to write this down, in addition to the text of the book the author has to approve, the author has to also SIGN approval of any personal information to be published by the publisher.(I noticed that the bio TAKEN FROM THE OBAMA BIO IN THE HARVARD LAW REVIEW was approved by Obama from 1991 to 2007,. 16 years.)
The writer of the bio copied what Obama published about himself in the Harvard Law Review. Obama signed approval, or the publisher would not have put it on the cover of the goddam book.
Now, please tell us how you got into the publisher's office and looked into the confidential files and examined the contract between Obama and the publisher to make the statement you are making.(This is just like you claiming to have convinced the governments of the countries where the Special Purpose Vehicles were established and those governments ordered those Special Purpose Vehicles to open their books for you so you could analyze the failure rate of the CRA disaster.)

In the televised 2004 debate, Obama's opponent accused him of being born in Kenya.(Take notes here if you need.) Obama's response was:
"So what? I'm running for Illinois Senator, not the Presidency."

Now that the facts are Obama claimed to be born in Kenya until 2007, and Obama lied about some spontaneous demonstration that never happened, let's get back to the questions:

Why did Obama lie for two weeks covering up the Al Qaeda attack on the United States in Benghazi?(You might want to show us any evidence the White House had of any spontaneous demonstration while Obama was lying about it.)

Did Obama lie when he said he was born in Kenya? Or, did Obama lie when he began to claim in 2007 he was born in Hawaii?

Hillary Clinton, who leads the pack of potential Democratic 2016 presidential contenders, defended Obamacare on Wednesday but added she was open to "evidence-based changes" in the program, CNN reported.
President Barack Obama's signature healthcare reform law is shaping up as a hot-button campaign issue in congressional elections in November and possibly the 2016 White House race.
The law, which seeks to extend health coverage to millions of uninsured or underinsured people, has been under steady attack by Republicans, who say it is too costly, kills jobs and robs many Americans of healthcare choices.
"I think we are on the right track in many respects," CNN quoted Clinton as saying in remarks in Orlando, Florida, to the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
"But I would be the first to say if things aren't working, then we need people of good faith to come together and make evidence-based changes," said Clinton, who led a failed effort to pass healthcare reform during the administration of her husband, Bill Clinton.
