Did anyone check to see if Zimmerman had a few household chemicals that could be mixed in the proper proportions?

If so, he could be labeled a terrorist!

Doesn't that scare you son? I bet it doesn't.

I don't recall reading any correction from you. Perhaps this time you can put some content into your post. Here's the post again for your convenient reference:
Let's go over US history again:
In 2003 the Democrats supported the war in Iraq in exchange for the Republicans giving them no effective oversight of their Marxist CRA program. All necessary legislation was put in place then.
Compounding this idiocy, the Democrats took over all oversight of the financial institutions that caused the economic collapse in January, 2007, coincident with the year the effect of the Democrats' Marxist subprime housing mortgage underwriting program began to have negative effects on the economy.
After two years of oversight by Democrats, the Democrats' Marxist subprime housing loan program collapsed our economy.
Prior to the Democrats' Marxist subprime loan program, the world invested in US real estate mortgage industry because it was a foregone conclusion that... you may need to write this down... history proved that Americans always paid their mortgages.
The Democrats changed that perception of America.
lol! No, no, no son! That's YOUR claim.

And the democrats supported no war with iraq. Congress simply authorized bushie boy to use his powers as cic as he saw fit to protect America.

And as for the subprime debacle, why don't you tell me what's changed to put things in check? Even Lois can't do that anymore because the FACTS simply don't support her OPINION... justl like you!

I love this comedy channel.

Equipment is a business expense, just like raw materials and wages. Businesses pay taxes on profits, not revenue.

Sorry it took so long to respond.
Really Carol? What direction is that? The CBO announced that the deficit dropped 32% in the last seven months of the fiscal year. In 2009 the deficit was 10% of GDP, for the fiscal year 2014 it's projected to be 5.3%. Private sector employment is continuing to grow. Home prices are on the rise leaving fewer home owners under water. Auto sales are up.
So just where are we going that we shouldn't?
Do you even have a clue what you're talking about?

<quoted text>Viable is part of the wording of Roe V Wade. In other words, the killing of a VIABLE fetus is a crime--murder. However, not allowing abortions after six weeks, or twelve weeks, or even twenty weeks is unconstitutional, which is why ten/twelve states currently have retraining orders against their legislature's (republican) laws that have decided that if they can't overturn Roe V Wade they'll just be as ignorant and childish as they are wont to be and pretend it doesn't exist. Those same legislators that subsidize corporations and corporate farms but are outraged if a hungry family gets $136 a month in SNAP benefits, are downright righteous about spending millions to fight an obviously losing position in court.
As to Virginia, the proposed law, which led to Bob McDonald being called Governor Vaginal Probe, was omitted from the final bill because Bob became embarrassed by a few other scandals in his wheelhouse. The current republican candidate wants to bring it back as well as deny all abortions in the state. Wisconsin? Well, they learned from Virginia's mistakes. " In order to achieve most of that with the “quality consistent with current medical practice”, a transvaginal ultrasound must be used. Oh, but they didn’t SAY vaginal probe. Republicans learned after the Virginia debacle. They found a new way to mandate vaginal ultrasounds without saying it."
I'm sorry you're so stupid, Batty, but it's your own fault and none of my own.
It was not a unanimous vote by the Supreme Court. Seven of nine judges determined their superiority over states' rights.

Justices Byron White and William Rehnquist wrote emphatic dissenting opinions in this case.

White wrote:

"I find nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court's judgment. The Court simply fashions and announces a new constitutional right for pregnant women and, with scarcely any reason or authority for its action, invests that right with sufficient substance to override most existing state abortion statutes...In my view, the court's judgment is an improvident and extravagant exercise of the power of judicial review that the Constitution extends to this Court."

...Justice White was absolutely correct. The court's decision was an "improvident and extravagant exercise by judicial review".

Seven people took it upon themselves to determine a federal law that involves matters of life and death without any regard to many people's personal beliefs and usurping state's rights and the will of the people.

A law that goes against half the country's beliefs should not be decided by seven people - or even nine people.

What if the majority of judges were extremely conservative and interpreted the Constitution that leaned towards the traditional values of the right?

I'm quite sure you'd be empathetic to how some of us feel about Roe v Wade if the shoe were on the other foot.

Fortunately for you, the shoe was on the left. This time.

The former head of Britain's intelligence agency has threatened to expose new details about the state of affairs leading up to the Iraq war.
Sir Richard Dearlove, who helmed the MI6 from 1999 to 2004, told the UK's Mail On Sunday that he has spent the last year writing "a record of events surrounding the invasion of Iraq from my then professional perspective." Dearlove told the Mail that he has been planning to leave his account as a record for scholars, but may reveal the details sooner if he doesn't agree with the findings of Britain's Chilcot Inquiry, which is investigating the country's role in the lead-up to the Iraq War:
'My intention is that this should be a resource available to scholars, but after my decease (may be sooner depending on what Chilcot publishes). I have no intention, however, of violating my vows of official secrecy by publishing any memoir.'
