Barack Obama, our next President

Welfare's been significantly down since the reform of the 90's. Sure food stamps and income security are up NOW but that's 'cause MORE PEOPLE ARE ELIGIBLE BECAUSE OF THE CRASH. Nobody changed the rules, nobody's increasing the number of "people dependent on the government" those are laws that have eligibility requirements. They can't just say "oops, hadn't planned on so many of y'all entering poverty or losing your jobs, guess we'll just have to change those requirements today."
Really, just how stupid are y'all?
Hey, do I have mango on my chin?
That's not Mango but an odd smelling chocolate.
Have you been to the White House after hours again?

I won't speak directly to you concerning the welfare issue because you are just so evasive, off-the-wall and flaky. But I can still use this post to point out conflicting data under the Obamanation we are presently suffering through. SNAP increased with the Kenyan Snake's "Stimulus". SNAP administrators are pushing SNAP down everyone's throat to extend it further than ever before. In typical Liberal Socialist fashion, the terminology and definitions are being muddied again. Hunger is now called "food hardship" because no one believes that hunger BS anymore. Food Stamps, of course got a bad name from all of those decades of abuse especially by minorities. So, in line with Communist Central Planning Committee dictates, they must now refer to it a SNAP - a lot cleaner and more upbeat image.

We keep hearing the Liberal drone about hunger in America. Of course, it ALWAYS is aimed at the poor children. "Do it for the children" - SUCKER! Does anyone on this blog personally know of starving children? If you do, you are a liar.

Why are black children so damned fat? Why are so many Hispanics fat? Are they all eating too much SNAP?

How many times have you walked through WalMart and watched the bouncing, waddling fatasses eating popcorn, chips and drinking Bloomberg-Bomb Colas while they shopped for more food?

Huffpost - Black Children Lead Nation in Obesity: http://tinyurl.com/8qnm83b

Science Daily - Hispanic Children In U.S. At Greater Risk For Obesity Than Other Ethnic/Racial Groups: http://tinyurl.com/94p9jkf

And yet, we keep hearing the bleeding hearts crying about the millions of starving children in America. Gee. Why are they hiding?

Oh! Yes! They also need free condoms....

Here's the most succinct one:
"GM is alive and
Osama bin Laden is dead."
It's a great bumper sticker line and has the added advantage of deeper resonance. While giving Barack Obama credit for saving the American auto industry and chasing down the nation's most notorious enemy, those two boasts also bring to mind the state of the Union when the president took office. Not only was the auto industry about to fail, so was the entire financial system. Not only was Bin Laden at large, his terror network was active and the country was mired in the two longest wars in American history.

Yes, your evil twin has been naughty and deserves a good pankin’. We may have to send Mitt over to your place in his Massachusetts State Trooper uniform to administer justice. Yes, he’s kind of kinky with that pesky old uniform fetish and his history of “patrolling” in his cop car. So, beware his trooper car with red, white and blue lights firing in sequence announcing his awesome presence. You have the right to remain salient, but anything you say can and may be used against your reputation.
Mitt @ Imhotep's pyramid?

I have my priests already prepared. RA approved

<quoted text>Feds warn hospitals over Medicare fraud
(AP) WASHINGTON - Computerized medical records were supposed to cut costs. Now the Obama administration is warning hospitals that might be tempted to use the technology for gaming the system.
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Attorney General Eric Holder issued the warning Monday in a letter to hospital trade associations, following media reports of alleged irregularities.
The letter said there were indications that some providers were using computerized records technology to possibly obtain payments to which they were not entitled. It raised the threat of prosecution.
Among the practices under scrutiny is what's called "upcoding" — or raising the severity of a patient's condition to get more money.
Hospitals say part of the problem is that Medicare has lagged in updating billing guidelines for emergency room and clinic visits.

some of the reimbursement rates are so ridiculously low that this might be an expected result.....

my impression, largely anecdotal and subjective, is that the reimbursement for highly skilled care, such as complex surgical skills, is too low...while the reimbursement for the hospital room and diagnostic tests is too high....

That's pretty impressive, too bad they're not exactly useful superpowers or you might have your own comic book.
You'd look hilarious in a Superhero outfit.

Incontinence stains in the crotch of your leotards, loose fabric flapping around the biceps and toilet tissue strips caught on the heels of your Babies-R-Us Nikes. The elastic underwear strips hanging out of your waistline.

And that lump is NOT your wallet shoved down the back of your pants. When you'd fly overhead, neighborhood kids would take pot-shots at you with their BB Guns thinking you were a stray seagull from the Municipal Waste Center.

Play it safe. Just stay in your Bahama Shorts and Bunny Slippers.

You don’t suppose that Obama won the election because he makes more sense to African American and other voters who are intelligent and have good judgment?
African American voters are insufficient in number to elect a president, especially considering electoral voters.
Yes, African Americans tend to vote for Obama, as do other demographic groups, who the Teanderthal-dominated Rapapublicans alienate one by one — women, gays, Latinos, AARP. Who’s left for them?
Despair not, the RCC is the next one.
I omitted the military.
All police, EMS, hospital staff, fire dept,

Now what happened in '64 that mighta caused that? Caused the whole South to go red in one election cycle? What was that???
Hmmm ...
the Democrat party of today is more interested in getting more people dependent on the government, with better benefits....rather than growing the economy so that more people become self-sufficient....the party of the super-rich and the poor....

I think it was disappointing for Mr. Obama being at a fund raising with Jay-z while Americans were killed and U.S. Ambassador, Chris Stevens was murdered, tortured and dragged through the streets in Libya. To make matters worse Mr. Obama apologized to the Muslims.
Please pray for Mr. Stevens family.

Article 1, Section 8
just one example
Clause 3. To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
Congress has the power to impose regulations on interstate and international business. This "interstate commerce clause" has been quite controversial in the history of constitutional law; for a long time, judges tended to read the clause narrowly, overturning federal laws they deemed focused mainly on regulating economic activity within states rather than between them. Since the 1930s, however, judges have tended to read the clause broadly, allowing the government to regulate all kinds of economic activity—by setting a national minimum wage, for example.

"On every question of construction (of the constitution) let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed." -- Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Johnson, June 12, 1823, The Complete Jefferson, p.322
