Their party is limited though to minorities. Only the sheepish black Americans and overthetop overbearing hispanics are welcomed. Notice there are no moderate minorities joining their party. It doesn't matter if the Republican party took all of the hispanics, they will still lose. More women are voting in the largest numbers ever thanks to anti-women Republicans like Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney. Also young voters such as myself are going to the polls in larger numbers than ever.

The Republiklans will have to do more than all of a sudden say they like minorities. They are a far cry from the party of Lincoln and Reagan. It did not take them one day to get to the sorry state they are in now and it will not be a quick fix for the GOP to get back to where they matter in American politics. 2016 is too soon for them to impact minority voting because America has a long memory.

That is so true. 2016 will be far too late for them. I think they will try nominating a Republican latino to get their latino votes back and it just might work. I just hope people don't fall for it just as we black Americans didn't fall for the Herman Cain joke on their side. We typically vote for ideas and policies, not by ethnicity. There are too many Republicans though who do not want diversity regardless of how hard their politicians may try.

They'd have to be nuts to be a Republican. GOP is 89% white. There is a good chance they will lose the next Presidential election too.

Latino birth rate is a lot higher than the white birth rate in USA.

Republican politicians never fail to say something stupid/craxy/ridiculous about women or minorities.
GUARANTEED.

They should keep their mouths shut. Each one of them didn't get re-elected including Mr. Legitimate Rape.

<ost young people don't want to be Republicand. They don't get excited by the GOP and what they stand for. It's a dying old party.

Which is why I can't see or gather any possible reasons for women voting Republican. Republicans blatantly tell us how they feel about women rights. They voted against equal for women for crying out loud. They vote for our right to abort even in the unfortunate circumstance of rape or incest. I personally am pro-life, but my God..I would never force another woman to have her rapist's baby or make any decision for her regarding her body regardless. Young people even young Cubans are leaning more towards the Democratic party because it's a party of ideas. Typically Cubans especially vote Republican, but the young Cuban population are smarter. Vote for your own best interests. Republicans once was the party of ideas until the Dixiecrats infiltrated it. They all need to go see the movie Lincoln and learn how they're supposed to behave as Republicans.

teabaggers have taken over the republican party to the destruction of the party itself. It will morph from an old mostly white party to a racist old white party.

Marco Rubio has a decision to make. Will he continue to associate with the very party that is trying to tamper with the voting rights of Latinos and minorities or continue to keep silent while Jim Crow like Republiklan measures are being impose to influence future elections?

Having a shift in support from minorities in favor of the current GOP would be like minorities joining a klan rally in support of the klan. Won't happen with the current GOP
