Besides, from the conservative blame-the-victim point of view.
when a woman gets raped it's her fault.
About as much as George Soros paid the Pig of Benghazi ..........

What the hell has any of this to do with the fact that Hillary defended a man that she knew was guilty of raping a woman, then later bragged, on tape, about her brilliant defense tactics?
Who's waging the war on women? She's a disgrace to her gender and not fit to hold the office of President.
Guilt or Innocence, everyone has the right to be defended by counsel and if you can't afford one, one will be appointed to you.
she was a brilliant Defender and done her Job well.
That was her Job, right? so what's the problem?
I doubt very seriously that she is the only defense attorney to represent a defendant knowing they were guilty.
How about michael jacksons att. getting him off on molestation charges?
How about OJ's att's. getting him off on murder. I am most certainly sure they're more but I assume you get the point..

She was not compelled to take the case. She chose to take the case.

Rape cases are the most traumatic for the victims of this particular crime than any other crimes. Only a small percentage of rape cases go to trial because the victims are unable to put themselves through it. As a lawyer and a woman, Hillary Clinton knows this better than most.

As a woman, it offends me to no end that a fellow woman, who knew the perp was guilty, chose to take the case and fought to get him off the hook. Then brags about it.

Lawyers often have to park their humanity somewhere outside the courtroom, that's why so many people despise lawyers. Winning and profit is more important to them ethics, morals, right and wrong, and certainly means more to them than the harm done to the victims of crime.

Just because lawyers do this all the time doesn't make it right. A thousand wrongs don't make a right.

Being right or wrong doesn't matter.
she done her Job well, that's the bottom line.
of course most lawyers are slime balls, but we as guilty, seek out the biggest pile of shyt lawyer we can find, cause we know they play dirty and will present the best defense..
I had a prosecutor from my home state try and give me 15 years in prison for a crime that she KNEW I was Innocent of. The woman who's son said he saw me came to them and told her ( prosecutor) weeks before the trial that her son could have in no way seen me do anything because he was home in bed and because of his mental handicap wasn't allowed out after dark, let alone 1:30 in the morning. so doesn't matter which side you're own, ALL lawyers are scum!!

Witnessing Darrell Issa shrieking his way through those hearings he holds invariably brings Judge Roland Freisler's courtroom to mind.

You are a liar.

She was assigned the case as defense attorneys are.

All accused have the right to attorney.

This is a fundamental right in the USA.
