Yea, let's get rid of all those darn socialist programs. Why should the government pay for streets and then let everyone drive on them? That is socialism. The government having something created and then just let anyone use it? And education? Do you realize the government has the socialist gall to actually build schools and let children go there to learn? And don't forget the military. The military is supposed to protect the entire nation; whether you pay taxes or not. Why should I have to pay to protect you? Let's get rid of all the socialism.
I figured you for a socialist.

Tell me, are you an American or here on a visa?

Florida Statutes
856.021 Loitering or prowling; penalty.—

(1) It is unlawful for any person to loiter or prowl in a place, at a time or in a manner not usual for law-abiding individuals, under circumstances that warrant a justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of persons or property in the vicinity.

(2) Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether such alarm or immediate concern is warranted is the fact that the person takes flight upon appearance of a law enforcement officer, refuses to identify himself or herself, or manifestly endeavors to conceal himself or herself or any object. Unless flight by the person or other circumstance makes it impracticable, a law enforcement officer shall, prior to any arrest for an offense under this section, afford the person an opportunity to dispel any alarm or immediate concern which would otherwise be warranted by requesting the person to identify himself or herself and explain his or her presence and conduct. No person shall be convicted of an offense under this section if the law enforcement officer did not comply with this procedure or if it appears at trial that the explanation given by the person is true and, if believed by the officer at the time, would have dispelled the alarm or immediate concern.

(3) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

A better question -

Was Killer Zimmerman stalking and following a man talking on the phone as he walked with a packet of skittles and iced tea?

It is obvious that you are trying to cover up your racist hatred of hispanics by blathering about wannabe cops,
Dear, let me reiterate, I do not hate Hispanics but I do hate those racist folks who are wearing the white robes and bring this constantly back to race.

For me, and I reiterate, I have a problem with a wannabe cop stalking/following a young man at seven in the evening and killing him.

Don't make Zimmerman-type-assumption about this as being an Hispanic issue - it is not - it is a killing issue.

Try again ....

I'm not worried about your sexuality, rather your repressed homosexuality.

Repressed homosexuals are extremely dangerous.
Instead of embracing your desire for men, you get bonkers when an attractive male makes you all sweaty and lumpy.

Then you overreact to your raging desire and you beat up some innocent gay, and drag them behind your vehicle down a Georgia dirt road until you find a barbed wire fence to hang them on.

I want to help you stay out of trouble; I suggest you try looking at some men's magazines, and chant to yourself-

"My attraction to men is not a bad thing." over and over.

It's a start.

As you can see a simple question is too much for them and they change the subject.

Quit trying to paper over your bigotry.

Your type labelled Zim as a "white hispanic" in a pathetic attempt to disguise your hatred of hispanics.

This trial was rigged. It sets the precedent that killing is now legal.
Killing your violent felon committing attacker has always been legal, dotard.

Zimmerman was not asked to not follow the soon to be dead felony crime committing Martin. You simply lack the ability to understand the English language.

You're so off base with this post that it points to your possibly possessing a mental defect or disease. The government doesn't "pay" for roads. The government, as our servant, lays taxes to pay for the roads our servent builds us at our direction. You must be thinking you live in China or some other place.

Who do you think you're fooling?

"wannabe cop" is a projection of "cop" on to someone you're insulting.

I realize that may go over your head.

So next time you encounter a police officer say "wannabe cop" in a non-insulting, offhand manner. Then watch "Officer Friendly" become "Officer Do You Have Any Illegal Weapons Or Substances In Your Vehicle?" and be prepared to sit on the curb for half an hour.

Zimmerman was neither asked nor told "not to follow" this (kid-child-17 year old-6 foot thug with a moustache-etc etc) at any time.

Yet you keep trying.....

The jury went by the law. They also saw pictures of Mr Zimmerman, and a broken nose. Each man had a cell hone. If Trayvon felt he was in danger all he had to do was call a cop. Mr Zimmerman called the police. That was another point the jury made, only one man felt threatened enough to call the police.
