A federal judge in California has knocked down the state's voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage, ruling Wednesday that the state's controversial Proposition 8 violates the U.S. Constitution.

Never assume he is being honest about anything he says, he has been caught in so many lies by so many people here it is staggering.
He is nothing but a troll
If I wasn't interested in it wouldn't have to be deflecting your constant attempts at censorship.

Perhaps you'll refer us to proof of even one of my alleged lies.

You are lying when you say I have been caught in any lies and you know it. It's your M.O. When cornered, you lie.

Whether or not it should be illegal is a different question, I personally don’t have a problem with poly by consenting adults.
But it doesn’t have public support the way Same sex marriage has

Prop 8 discriminates against polygamy the same as it does against SSM. What don't you understand about a man and a woman? Does it say men? Does it say women? Always ask for help. Remember, there are no stupid posts, only stupid posters such as yourself.

If the other laws against polygamy were repealed but prop 8 was not, would polygamy be legal? No? What would be stopping it? Prop 8 would! Very good! See Big D? It's easy!

in order to make polygamy legal, certain legal aspects wouls have to be specified.

inheritance and probate questions of who gets what in the absence of a will (which wife/husband?)

medical proxy decisions. imagine if the husband is out driving with one of his multiple wives and is killed in an accidemnt or seriously injured and in a coma along with the wife. Does another wife get to make medical decisions involving the injured wife?

how are the children rated in terms of inheritance. What if their mom dies, and a few years later the patriarch passes....normally all belongings would go to the wife (wives in this case) over the children. This puts the children of the previously deceased wife in a bad situation

We don't deny equal protection just because granting it would be too complicated for you. Sorry. Try again.

Your other excuses why it should be illegal are bigoted and stupid.

Again, you are WRONG!

It wasn't the Prop. 8 decision, nor was it DOMA that kept polygamy from being legalized.

It was Reynolds v. United States (1878). "Chief Justice Morrison R. Waite, writing for a unanimous court, held that the statute can punish criminal activity without regard to religious belief. The First Amendment protected religious belief, but it did not protect religious practices that were judged to be criminal such as bigamy. Those who practice polygamy could no more be exempt from the law than those who may wish to practice human sacrifice as part of their religious belief."

So you see, bigamy determined to be illegal well over a century before DOMA or Prop. 8 came along.

The gay pedophiles are jumping for joy...
Pedophiles are pedophiles... It doesn't matter if they are gay or straight. There are no legal codes in any state or jurisdiction that separates "gay pedophiles" from "straight pedophiles" or "bisexual pedophiles".

Furthermore, in medicine and psychiatry, there is only a diagnosis of "pedophilia". There are no specifications for "gay pedophile", "straight pedophile" or "bisexual pedophile".

There isn't even a designation for "Baptist pedophile", "Catholic pedophile" or "Atheist pedophile".

That you keep trying to paint gays as pedophiles is a blatant lie. You have nothing else to throw at the gays other than another one of your ignorant, hate-inciting, concocted terms.

You are a pastor who should know better than to do this. But you don't.

You stopped being a man of God long ago. Now you're just a little, insignificant, shit-stain of a human being.

Here is the disappointing reality of all this gay twirl.
A ss couple will only ever be only a duplicated HALF of marriage.
Nothing can change that.
You can't force people to deny that reality.
A law or a piece of paper cannot change it.
The result can ONLY be another fruitless gay encounter.
A law and a piece of paper is all that counts when it comes to being legally married.

Of course we're not done yet. We still have to battle job discrimination, housing discrimination, bullying issues, and other anti-LGBT discrimination issues.

At Vanderbilt University, a gay man attempted to join a Baptist Student organization. He was denied entry based on his sexual orientation.

This organization is funded not only by student fees and private donations, but also by state and federal dollars that are given to the University by way of student loan money, scholarships, and grants.

You couldn't deny entry to such an organization based on religion, race, gender, or handicap. So why is it OK for them to deny entry based on sexual orientation? There are many gay Baptists out there. This student should be given the same rights as all other applicants.

Did you think that same-sex marriage is the only issue that the LGBT community is interested in?

What don't you understand about "a man and a woman"? It's a very simple concept really, in addition to preventing same sex marriage prop 8 also prevents poly marriage.

Sure there are other laws against poly, same as there are or have been against same sex. But we're talking prop 8 here as you jackasses like to rudely remind me every time you're at a loss for an effective argument which is always.

Prop 8 discriminates against poly marriage as surely as it does against SSM. Don't hog all the victimhood.

WE SHOULD ADD A FEW MORE PSOTRS NAMES TO THE TESTING LIST.

Drug tests are needed to bring back confidence in the American justice system.

May 2013 a Illinois Judge Michael Cook is charged with possessing heroin and having a gun while illegally using controlled substances.

This includes everyone who works in a court house etc.

But none of that stuff for polygamists in VV la la land?

Imagine if MLK was like you. Equality for his race only. All other races need not climb that mountain.

Life in VV La La Land sucks for unapproved groups. Let em eat cake.

Pedophiles, whether they molest boys only or girls only, or both are straight. Says so in the rainbow handbook.

For example Jerry Sandusky, who raped only boys ("horsing around") is straight. If unbeknownst to him a boy he was raping turned 18 before Jerry came, then Jerry would turn gay.

Easy! Glad you asked.
