Obama the "Drug Dealer of Welfare" will just find other ways to punish the hard working tax payer into supporting the lazyass deadbeat-doles.

I suppose that the bill still has price supports for tobacco
growers? Will the taxpayer go on
supporting an industry that kills?

Better that hungry little kids get to eat than be taught to smoke
cigarettes at taxpayer expense.

Probably as long is it subsidizes its drug users with food stamps, and housing, and hospital care etc.

Your lo info voters are using their children to get food stamps, then swapping the stamps for drugs, to hell with their children. You act like you don't know this is going on. They even went to court in Colorado for permission to legally use their food stamps to buy pot. And the Liberal judge said "Yes" That is how lawless we have become.

You can rest assured the executive order and royal edict to ignore the food stamp reduction in the bill he just signed into law is already on his desk. Just the way he works, he ignores steenking laws he doesn't agree with even though they are his laws.

The hate just consumes them... they hate everybody, even the poor who are getting crumbs from the table of the capitalistic government. How evil is the rightwing black heart that beats to poor families being deprived of meals. That thought alone makes me celebrate the fact that America elected Obama over the right's pathetic candidates.

You've discovered the conservative mind? And all along I thought it was a myth. You must have a degree in anthropology.

The 'crumbs that fall from the table of the capitalistic government' isn't government money. It is money TAKEN from the worker BY the government and given to TO the non-productive members of society.

If only the babies' daddies would take care of their own kids, there wouldn't be so many mouths in need of handouts.

I’d bet (your share of government) money that you didn’t have a problem with the money taken from “workers” being given to Halliburton when 9-11 happened on Bush’s watch and he send our troops into Afghanistan or when Bush lied this nation into the Iraq attack. Something tells me you weren’t on any thread complaining about government spending or corporate welfare when republicans were in office… but now you are so outraged that poor people are getting crumbs compared to what ENRON, Halliburton and so many other millionaires and billionaires received of “worker’s money.

If only…

If only the right was as focused on what happens to the fetus after it comes out the womb the way they stomp and fuss about it before it comes out…
If only society spent as much on Head Start and childcare and educating this nation’s children as they do on the prison system, national defense, military weapons and tax havens for the wealthy…
If only low income people were given a living wage for a 40 hour work week, with affordable health care and skills training for the future…
If only right-wing idiots like you didn’t hate your fellow citizens just because of their race or lower economic position…
If only you would turn off fox news and right-wing radio…

IF ONLY.

You don't get it. Halliburton served a purpose. What possible purpose is there in encouraging more poverty, by allowing people who will never take care of their children breed like animals? Each one of these children have a mother, and a father, and neither want to take responsibility for their child. It is disgusting.

It's really mind numbing that even when the president does something like cutting food stamps and getting rid of paying farmers even if they grow nothing, that Conservatives still say he is still not do anything that they agree with.

He'll override the food stamp cut by executive order or push it out past the elections, cutting food stamps would be bad for the lib powerbase.
As for subsidies, they now take the form of subsidies on crop insurance, meaning that the farmer will still get paid if his crops fail or the price drops and the American taxpayer pays the premiums. Yay us!
