That's not how courts work. The immigration courts are so backlogged now it takes three years just to schedule a court appearance. A deportation case takes about ten years to resolve. That is what you are proposing for all cases now. If that were to happen the backlogs would be measured in decades.
That is exactly how the courts work.Take the plea of face the full penalty.

To get legal they need to get the fluck out a apply properly. We are a nation of laws.
Did you know it is against the law for an undocumented person to leave the country to attempt that?

Due to a law implemented in 1996 there is a ten year bar before they can even apply for a visa. That only applies to people who leave voluntarily. If somebody is forcibly deported the bar is waived. This doesn't give anybody an incentive to leave.

Law says a person who is deported for illegal entry is bared for from retry 10 years. There are ways for those who are deported or leave on their own to reenter before the 10 year limit.

Not under current law. If somebody leaves voluntarily they can apply for a hardship exception, but only after they leave the country and have been already been barred. A very low percentage of waiver requests are granted.

The FACT is that it is not illegal for an illegal alien to leave the country and again you have been caught in a lie. The FACT is if a person who is here illegally leaves on their own they can apply for amnesty to reenter in less than 10 years. Just as a person who is deported can do. Naturally since they have already shown their contempt for this country, its people and its laws many applications for amnesty are denied. As one would expect.

Remind me: What exactly is immigration reform?

If we can't all agree on what it should be; then why blame anyone for not supporting it?

Nice fuzzy liberal math, festurd. The treasonous libturds can't escape obamafail no matter how hard they try,and this latest stunt of releasing killers in exchange for a muzzie sympathizing deserter is making the libturds very nervous. Even the big libturd feinstein is backing away from bath house Barry. Right now things look good for the GOP,of course you will deny this since you are a drooling obamabot but I really don't give a damn since the facts prove otherwise. Speaking of facts, where is the proof of gun running on the other thread? You didn't think I was going to let you sleaze out of that, did you?
You're reduced to delusional rants. Republicans been loosing since 2006, minus 2010. Its not going to change now. youre finished

The only one making delusional rants is you, festurd because your libturd fantasy is slipping away. Here are some fun facts that might cheer you up. Not!!! According to an AP poll only 28% support obamafail. According to NBC(and every other news source) the big libturd feinstein is very disappointed since the administration broke the law by not informing Congress before exchanging five killers for a deserter. These are facts, not that you would know a fact if punched you in the mouth. Oh,and we are now on day seven and I see still no proof of gun running on the other thread. Tick tock!! Ha Ha Ha!!

So if they are not registered and are not tracked, how is someone going to know they left in the first place. Seems they would just be a new application.

I have in FACT never said it was illegal to leave the country, but that of course has nothing to do with the penalties applied to the person after they do leave the country.

If I were you I would try to avoid using the word FACT in a sentence. It just makes you look silly. That's a FACT.
