You are right Sir they are not calling it Amnesty. But, we all have seen how Obama and his Adm. like playing with words.That said ,we will see,time will tell.

Ha, I NEVER had to pay a fine for anything. Based on the way the government runs things, fraud will be rampant and also won't be detected and caught.

Who said anything about a fine? I was asking when the last time you paid any type of fee for any reason, waited more than twenty years for delivery and then concluded that you had received a free ride.
