It will never pass. It makes to much sense.
What would help is if they would get rid of the local jurisdiction rules that make it impossible to know if you are legal or not in that little burg. Unless they post it at the limits of that jurisdiction - like speed limit signs.
When Indiana did the pre-emption there was to be blood on the streets (per the anti-gun advocates) much like the OK Corral but it never came to pass. It seems the bloodbaths mostly happen in the gun free zones.
Right. But many states have reciprocity.

Incorrect; FPS is a velocity, not a time. So the correct answer, assuming a distance of 6 feet, is a tad over 4 milliseconds. Put another way, it is 345,000 times faster than a cop.

You bring up GZ and then get testy when you are called out? Priceless!

The vast majority of them do. I had to jump through the required hoops to get a couple of non-resident permits, anywhere I would want to go I can without any problems. New England, Illinois and Taxifornia are the only places I can't carry. A big problem, for legal owners, is the states that think Title 18's safe passage provision is a suggestion.

Look at the topic, look at the state of Florida, look at the fact that the state of Florida would give a racist bigot who had a history of violence- including domestic violence- to someone like the Phlorida Pedophile- and imagine if suddenly that f*kng hump had the right to carry a gun anywhere, including into public schools.

I'm on topic.

You ain't.

Here's a thought: let the states decide from themselves.

Again, convicted or accused? Expunged or dropped charges?

GZ and FL aren't the topic. FL is but 1/49th of the topic. You can't count DC & IL as they don't issue CCW/CHL.
