Communities will fight industry push to duck fair lending laws
Not even one month into the new administration, there is already a burgeoning push from the financial services sector to ease off the enforcement of laws to prevent discrimination in lending. This effort is both shameless and shameful.

this comes off like wanting loans to be given to those who should not get a loan,what is it claiming discrimination against the poor who cannot afford to live where they want?
loans need only be given to those qualified no lowering of qualification helps anyone.
we have already seen what lowering the bar on things does.
