I have practiced on the East and West coasts, at the trial and appellate level, in local, state and federal courts, and don't recall its use.

People having sex without protection are responsible for getting pregnant and since I can state quite categorically that virtually everyone knows that sex without protection may result in pregnancy I would say that the fault does not lie in education (or lack there of) and would say to decrease this number the effort should be made in availability of contraceptives rather than what is taught (or not taught) a couple hours in class once or twice in middle and high school.
