Gosh, another lifetime bureaucrat that knows nothing about healthcare and doubt if she has like most in Washington DC not read ObamaCare that is actually neutralized by the 13 Obama delays.

Ms. Burwell, a West Virginia native with degrees from Harvard and Oxford, had several jobs in the Clinton administration, including deputy budget director. Before joining the Obama administration, she worked for charitable organizations including the Walmart Foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She was also on the board of directors of MetLife, the insurer.

"Crisis Manager" If anybody touts Obamacare as a success, why did Obama hire a "Crisis Manager"?
-
A trustworthy disposition she has not. However let's hope that she is as brilliant as her credentials appear.
Though if she were so brilliant, why would she be wrapped up with the likes of Obama? And believe that the ACA could be salvaged?
-.
Monica has a PHD from Oxford too.
Why doesn't Obama hire her in reparations for what the democrats did to her?
-
Why do these silly questions persist in my mind?
Perhaps we are all going mad. We did elect Obama after all.
Did THEY put something in the water? Milk? Meat? Coffee? Plastic?
.
Will there ever be a pretty female democrat?
They had very pretty men like John Edwards.
Not that it's important or anything.
Just wondering.

If the Court of Appeals upholds the Constitution, it will render Obamacare null and void.

Apparently you have little understanding of the Constitution or the ACA.

The Supreme Court ruled the ACA was a tax.

The ACA originated in the Senate.

Article 1 of the Constitution:

Section 7.

"All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills."

Do you now understand why the Court of Appeals is hearing the case? Or, are you just gong to ignore it?

It's getting harder to protect pro-American laws from right-wing terrorists and extremists of the kind which infest the House.

Why do you hate Americans and want them not to have healthcare?

If YOU upheld the Constitution, you wouldn't be posting a picture of the Flag of Southern Treason.

Your icon kinda works against any credibility you might think you have, boy.:)

The only 'boy' I've noted around here is you.

Your icon is a cartoon character. Real credibility there.

The picture I post is symbolic of the fight against Northern Aggression, sort of like the fight against the tyrannical government we have today.

Now you sound like an illegal. Or a Communist.

Supporting the Constitution is supporting America.

I have nothing against people having health care. I just don't want to pay for anyone's other than my own nor do I want to pay a "tax" because I prefer something other than what the government tells me I have to buy.

On that level, do you believe parents should not get free schooling for their kids and non-parents should not have to pay through their property taxes for other people's kids?

ACA was crafted in the Senate by amendment to a passed House Bill. When sent back to the House the Bill passed on a party line vote.

The Origination clause was respected.
