It's apparent you're too much of a dimwit to understand anything....much less following replies. No doubt you have comprehension issues that must cause you a lot of embarrassment. Smokers are known to have lower IQs which certainly explains your foolish rant.

Could you provide any information that proves that this is indeed only water vapor and nothing more? And what about the electronic mechanism? Is it safe to bring on board an airplane? Terrorists are creative and can take a lot of things and turn them into something dangerous.

I would love it if indeed that e cigs were completely safe, did not smell bad and posed no risk to the public. But before the barn door is opened, it would be nice if the research showed this to be the case.

This is coming from someone who hates traditional cigarettes so much that I pretty much reject having any kind of relationship with someone who smokes. My hatred of smoking runs deep from being forced to endure second hand smoke as a kid. I hate the smell so much that when I pass by someone who smells of cigarettes, I almost puke. I almost want to slap them across the face. Have somehow been able to suppress that urge.

And if you ever had to breath second hand smoke for 18 years of your life because of a selfish family member, you would know that puking, constant flu and colds, asthma, and vasculitis are not typical for kids. Once I grew up and moved out, all of that resolved with the exception of the vasculitis. That little gift I get to keep for 18 years of horrible, smelly, disgusting, second hand smoke. Don't tell me that there is no connection to health. Exposing kids to second hand smoke is criminal. They have no choice. Pets too.

But if there is a way that smokers can enjoy their weird habit without the smell and it is indeed safe, great, go for it. But if there is any chance that these vapors contain chemicals, then sorry, it just is not good enough.

If YOU were able to follow replies, you would see that I've stated numerous times that I am not a smoker.

So, the jokes on you - but that was apparent from your first post!

ONCE again, for the learning impaired, the topic is e-cigs, which do not produce smoke!

Actually the topic is about ecigs being banned in more and more places. It looks like the joke is on you.

Ecigs are like a fart. Mostly water vapor. Lots of little particles in there. How close can I get my ass to your beer and fart on it before you won't drink the beer? Remember, almost 100% water vapor. It is those tiny particles which make vaping unacceptable, much as a fart one inch above your beer will likely make the beer undrinkable. It's just vapor, remember?

Wow, that's news to me. I have a large family, and not one of them ever died from second hand smoke. I live in the city, and I don't know one person that died from second hand smoke.

How many people do you know that died from second hand smoke Larry? I mean....... 50,000 a year, you must have known somebody.

Whatever happened to personal responsibility? Yeah, they can't even let a guy kill himself on his own terms. It all started with big government intruding in our lives with traffic lights, police departments, firefighters, social security, post offices, and on and on.
I want my freedom to drive as fast as i want, no matter what's in the way! If I feel like killing my neighbor, that's my business! I want to be able to crap in Central Park without big government looking over my shoulder.....unless they give me free toilet paper.

But the final straw was when the government imposed food safety rules on us. A good case of food poisoning used to give me an excuse to take off from work.

now if these yahoos would write and put into effect a law that doesn't allow street apes to shoot people, that would be progress. no blowing smoke at people to kill them and no shooting people dead.

My close friends and relatives (except for one) no longer smoke, so I'm rarely personally exposed. Only a nincompoop would assume that the statistics are based on personal experience. The numbers are based on research by The American Lung Association. Now the question is, should I trust their research or your unbelievably naive comments?

OH! The American Lung Association! I didn't know that. I didn't know you used such unbiased research to enlighten us with.

Boy, do I feel foolish now.

Quite possibly because you are a fool, a cretin, to think that hot, toxic gasses do not harm other people because you cannot wrap your brain around it. Fortunately for you (because by now the rest of us WOULD do you serious bodily harm if improvement was not on the way) the lawmakers think that second hand smoking is bad and in more and more places you cretinistic nicotine addicts are not being allowed to pollute the air with your e-cigs.
Now for news about second hand smoking killing someone, I suggest you read these articles:

Second hand smoke was definitely a factor in THESE fatalities.

So if my co-workers get to go outside for a 15 minute break every other hour or so, can I watch porn and pleasure myself. It seems smoking is a form of oral masturbation. So non-smokers should have an equally stimulating alternative, right?

You keep on making the same stupid comments about e-cigs being safe, despite all of us who know differently and are making sure that e-cigs get banned. You simply do not get why. E-cigs are as welcome as a noxious fart. Maybe you should work on getting over you nicotine addiction and then you would not have to worry about having to vape somewhere. As far as banning farts, if someone were to fart continuously like a vaper, they would likely ban farters, too. Of course, if someone is going to fart continuously, they will likely crap themselves and have to (unlike vapers and smokers) take their stench home with them.
