Some people are justifiable damaging their homes before banks foreclose.
This is justified where banks are committing felonies.
1. Some foreclosures are illegal, so how can owners be prosecuted if the bankers aren't?

2. Some damage is simply a case of preventing bankers from profiting from their felonies, which is a second crime.
Let's say the mortgage is $200,000, and the damage brings the value down to that amount, then how can the owner be prosecuted since the bank got it's money back?

If you were prosecuted for damaging a foreclosed property, consider these facts, and contact a lawyer. Time to sue the banker, the bank, and the government. Consider starting a class action lawsuit.

(This information is provided free of charge, in the ongoing effort to bring justice to a country which has almost none, and at a time when there are finally enough angry people to fight for justice.)

People would be outraged if they bothered to ask themselves WHY. Why would banks want millions of foreclosed homes, taking some illegally, etc.? If you’re one of those who live in la-la land, and think it won’t happen to you, just remember that after Christmas, a lot of stores could close because banks are refusing to write new loans, leading to a new wave of job losses and foreclosures.
The big solution has nothing to do with voting, but as long as so many choose to remain ignorant until it affects them (when it’s too late), then out economy will continue to decline. That will lead to higher taxes and fewer benefits for the victims, leading to another wave of human tragedy.
The cause of all that suffering and corruption is: stupidity.
The solution is just as simple: learn.

There are many more suggestions for getting even with banks, especially Chase, the #1 bank owner of the Rothschilds-Chase Federal Reserve Private Corporation.
However, anything posted here would help Republican freeloaders who refuse to help liberals fight treason.
Those gutless cowards are too gutless to do more than vote their way out of treason.
The idiots think voting will make a difference even though it hasn't in our life times.
They also believe their handguns will protect them from federal troops.
As always, CAN REPUBLICANS GET ANY DUMBER?
So, liberals, get the word out to those who can learn, and who care more about their own families than the Rothschilds, the richest family on earth. You don't see them doing anything for the families of Republican morons.

Getting Even with JPMorgan Chase Bank
Chase Bank Complaint
BEFORE Christmas of 2011, ALL homeowners requested to deposit 1-2 pounds of fish into a "safe deposit box" at a nearby JPMorgan or Chase Bank. The banks close for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Then, the bank closes again for New Years. JPMorgan Chase does not know where the smell is coming from when doors open for business after New Years. It is a FEDERAL OFFENSE for the bank to open any key owned safe deposit box without the consent of its owner. Thus, customers entering the bank will not bank at that location due to the smell. HINT: If you have "alzheimer's disease" or suffer from "dementia" and were a homeowner this is perfect.

Foreclosure Revenge - Homeowners who are losing their homes to bank are vandalizing those homes, but how can they legally be prosecuted? Since Chase and other Fed banks are illegally taking homes, scamming the homeowners, and bulldozing homes, they have no legal grounds to prosecute anybody for damage to homes. Since Chase is the worst bank, when it comes to doing everything possible to prevent the American people from owning homes, they clearly are the ones who should be prosecuted. So, why aren’t homeowners demanding that district attorneys prosecute bank officials? That’s probably because it exposes the fact that the legal system is working with banking corruption to break the law every day for decades.
