Good. Because it is REAL. The officials of Hawaii of both parties have confirmed the facts on it repeatedly, and the claims that it was forged come only from birther “experts”---who have no shown that they are even experts and who certainly have not shown that they are fair and impartial.(And that is why they are not believed by Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, the National Review or anyone in Congress.)

Answer: What investigation, both are FACTS.

Obama’s father was not a US citizen. agreed. But, that has nothing to do with Obama’s eligibility. Why not, you may ask? Because the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case that the meaning of Natural Born citizen comes from the common law and refers to the place of birth. It does not come from Vattel, whose word “indigines” was not even translated as “Natural Born Citizen” in any English-language translation of Vattel until ten years after the Constitution was written, but the phrase Natural Born had been used in the common law for 300 years before the Constitution was written, and by far most of the writers of the Constitution were lawyers and justices.

Answer: No, I am saying that IF they had translated Vatttel’s word “indignes” as “Natural Born Citizen” and used it instead of the term Natural Born from the common law, THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD US---and they didn’t. And I am saying that there is overwhelming evidence that the writers of the US Constitution used the term Natural Born the way that it was used in the common law in many of their writings, meaning to refer to the place of birth, and there is not a single example in which any one of them uses it to refer to parents. And the Federalist Papers refers to the common law about twenty times, and not to Vattel at all.

Answer. It is not at all likely UNLESS THEY HAD TOLD US considering that the Natural Born phrase from the common law was used commonly as discussed above, and since there is no example of the writers of the Constitution ever saying that they took the term Natural Born Citizen from Vattel. And John Jay, who used the term, was a lawyer and justice (first justice of the US Supreme Court) who was an expert in the common law, and who wrote the common law into the first constitution of the state of New York in 1777.

Answer. In the USA, those of us who are born here, our fellow citizens, are our brethren. In any case, the term comes from the common law, as the US Supreme Court ruled in the Wong Kim Ark case, and as such conservative legal scholars as Edwin Meese, Ronald Reagan’s attorney general, and senators Hatch and Graham and former senator Fred Thompson all agree. And so does nine state and federal courts (and not one ruled for the birther theory), and so does every single member of the US Electoral College (not one of whose members changed her or his vote from Obama to Romney or from Obama to McCain out of the legal theory that two citizen parents are required).

Oh, and by the way, the Minor v. Happersett case did not rule that two citizen parents are required EITHER.(And the Wong Kim Ark ruling was after Minor v. Happersett, so it is the key ruling in any case.)

Several points here. First of all this is from people who believe in Man-Made Global Warming but in it they admit that 2012 was the 10th warmest year on record but cooler than 15 years earlier (which was 1997).
Now, according to NASA-MSFC (the real NASA) 2011 was coldest year since 1998. MSFC has not given it 2012 report so we do not know where 2012 stands in their report by GISS admits that 2012 was the 10th Warmest in the past 15 years.
And they also admit that Earth's temperature has not gone up in the past several years (MSFC said since 2007). So it appears that they are admitting Global Warming has reversed. I know, I know, they have not come out and admitted it but by saying it has not been getting hooter and that 2012 is the 10th warmest in 15 years, the are in a round about way.
Yep, even the people who believe in mad-made Global Warming are scratching their heads. Now, when are Jacques, Poopo, Wojo, etc. going to wake the hell up and smell the coffee?

Oh, where Dr. James Hansen (Columbia University) said that it is a TEMPORARY "apparent standstill in global temperatures", he did not say how temporary. Yes, we are on the verge of runaway inflation so I have switched my investments strategy. I just bought a repoed house near my daughter's house in Georgia. It is ten year-old, 2,100 sq. ft., double bath, three bed room house in a gated community. Our plan is to move my daughter into the new home and rent out her's. I am also looking for another foreclosed on house to buy and use as a rental unit.
Right now rental units are in high demand and with runaway inflation on the horizon, I should be able to sell them in a few years at a profit.
I will avoid the stock market as in an inflationary period, the stock market does not keep up with real estate.
