You are a cockroach that runs for cover when the lights are turned on.
I don't smoke. That is probably why you can't afford insurance without the help of the tax payer. As I said the insurance companies charge what they think their service will cost plus a profit. Smoking raises the cost significantly so your rates will be higher. Also you seem to show an intimate interest and knowledge of risky sexual behavior which also increases the potential cost of providing you with insurance.
Like in the commercial for car insurance with the rate suckers your behavior would make you a rate sucker under Obama care. A behavior as I said before you seem to be fascinated by.

Obviously you have never had a job with benefits. Let me explain. When a person has talents and skills that employers find valuable the employer will pay that person well and provide benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, cafeteria plans, retirement benefits, paid vacations, bonuses, stock options and many other benefits as part of their compensation package. If under those plans the employer contributes money from their pay the employer does not and cannot keep that money. Just like the money taken in taxes the employer does not keep that money but in turn pays the suppliers of the benefits just as they pay the money deducted from you pay for taxes.
I understand your confusion since obviously you do not have talents and skills that employers find valuable. Sadly for you wearing a paper hat, being able to recognize pictures of food on a cash register, and the abilities to clean a bathroom, empty a grease trap and empty a trash bin into a dumpster are not rare and valuable skills.

If we want to increase the number of insured people one good place to start is to get more Americans working. Enforcing immigration laws would be a good start. Decreasing the labor pool would increase the need for employers to provide compensation packages that provide health insurance.
Providing tax incentives for employers to provide insurance is cheaper than giving subsides to the insurance companies to cover those who cannot afford insurance.
Look at Turner who claims that he will see a reduction of $20,000.00 a year. That is a huge subsidy.
Spot on!! And once we get rid of the ILLEGALS anyone who is on public assistance should be REQUIRED to either; be actively looking for a job or be in some type of job training. Public ASSISTANCE should be just that-ASSISTANCE, not a way of life.

Here in California, we’re not just gluten-free, we’re also tea party-free! Yes, we can live in reality. California’s economy is surging ahead, thanks to the efforts of veteran Gov. Jerry Brown (D). California is going to drag the rest of the country kicking and screaming into the present. Conservative troglodytes, who love to brag about American exceptionalism, look no further but here to California. While right-wingers have been taking over States like N. Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin. California is creating the kind of modern, liberal nation the country as a whole can only dream about, not only can’t the rest of the country stop us, we will drag you with us. In 2010 when many other states, falling for the right-wing fantasy-lies, were electing tea party Republicans to office, California elected Jerry Brown. Without a Republican governor or state legislator blocking any and all efforts at reform, the state was able to raise taxes (imagine that) and reorganize spending and turn its massive deficit into a budget surplus.
Nope... most of California is conservative, it's only the few big cities that are Libs (the districts are fixed in favor of Dems). California unemployment rate is 8.9%, the average for the USA is 7.3%, in Texas it's 6.9%, in Florida it's 7%, N. Dakota it's 3%, s. Dakota it's 3.8%, Nebraska at 4.2%, Ohio at 7.3%, all Republican Gov's.
And what about california's unfunded pension problem the Dems have saddled us with?
A report by the bipartisan Little Hoover Commission found that the top 10 public employee pension systems in California - including plans for both state and local government workers - faced a combined $240 billion shortfall as of 2010.
A more recent study by the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research in 2012 pegged the combined total unfunded pension liabilities of CalPERS, the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) and the University of California retirement plan at $485 billion, not including local City and County workers.

I see you are a big fan of DeeDeeDee. She could use a fan because she just gets beaten silly on these boards. At least now she finally has somebody who thinks the same way.

Hey good news. Both you and DeeDeeDee live in the same town. It's a very small town. You two should make plans to hook-up since you have so much in common.
