The original intent of the Constitution, must be reminded with the deluge of 'Crisis Roll-Out'. As to the when and how of this 'bill' or 'law' is empirical history.
RhINOs & DNC would remove this item from the discussion, the way Reid says that "Nothing Will Pass In The Senate", today.
The MSM must sell a TeaParty that represents the people, down the river. It is the loss of power in the State Media, they feel.
The VINDICTIVENESS of the executive branch should have Impeachment Proposed in the Senate.

It's the damndest thing, the tea party minority
is able to buffalo Boehner and frighten him so
much that he doesn't dare to let the majority of
his Republicans in the House have a vote on the C.R.

The Republicans are becoming the the party
of not letting Americans vote. Boehner won't
allow a vote in the House and Republican states
all across the country are not allowing minority
Americans vote.

The Republicans are getting more and more fascistic
as time goes on. How long till they start wearing the armbands?

House ReTHUGlicans are enemies of America, except for those willing to fund the Government and debt ceiling.

The others belong in Gitmo.

Buffett wants his taxes raised unlike the billionaire republicans who think their success didn't get help along by the the success of the country as a whole.
Buffett understands that a limitless pile of cash is meaningless if you destroy the country to get it

Funny, but under your thinking then, we will have the Koch brothers call Soros, Buffett and Kaiser.

Poor informed low information voters would think this, however Buffett has been fighting the federal government for three years over a million dollars they claim he owes. If he was as you suggested, he would just give it to them.......it's chump change to him if he were telling the truth.
