<quoted text> Now that everything is better, can the fed reserve now raise the prime rate to 10% so we can get 7 or 8 % interest on our savings accounts? Going on four to five years now with no interest. Otherwise please do not write anything about the employment level.
In time. Things are improving but slowly. It will take years to right what the previous administration caused but America is surely getting back on track.

Life long Republicans are telling me Obama is the better choice- they think they stand a better chance in 2016, and will concentrate on destroying America on the state level rather than at the national level for the next four years.

I don't think the Ds have it figured out yet. None of these "new" jobs can be traced to stimulus dollars, the rich hired and other rich made money in the market.

Obama tax targeted the rich, says that cutting their taxes doesn't help and now takes credit for their results.

No one remembers that the rich guys are still getting the "Bush" tax cuts?

The economy may be turning around, but politicians didn't have anything to do with it. Average hours worked is still less than 34 per week.

How does a president cause a financial crises, dumbass? Clinton lied about the surplus, most Americans acknowledge that fact. Nobama and the dem congress from 2006 to 2010 has made the financial crises worse with three failed jobs programs. The main job growth is in the red states and he can't take credit for that. But they way a propaganda jerk like you works, we're sure you'll try to find a way. The voters voted OUT the dems in 2010, fired pelosi due to shovel ready failure and nobamacare. Now we have solyndra, holder's lying ass on national television and the thruth coming out about fannie/freddie and the dems cause of housing crises. Voters don't want anymore empty dem promises and false claims.
You are living proof that man can live without a brain! Just believe everything nobama tells you!
Bush and republican policies caused the financial crisis you ignorant lying moron. If Clinton lied about a surplus then why did Bush mail out refund checks from what Bush called the Clinton surplus you ignorant stupid moron. Republican false and lying wars. Republican Gingrich took more money from Fannie and Freddie than all the others combined.
Pinkbonnet,
Bush was causing the financial crisis along with the rest of his corrupt buddies. Republicans lie and try to pass the blame on to others.
You are one ignorant moron. That is why Obama won the election and will be re-elected. Voters don't want no more of the stupid republican scams and wars.

Did you hear Trump tell the lie that unemployment had gone up in January when endorsed Ronmey. The truth will have no impact on what the Republicans say during this election.
Of course Trump endorsed Romney--they both like to fire people.

Lame Stream Media continues the 8.3% lie.......
The total number of unemployed fell below 13 million for the first time since February 2009, while the total amount of employed Americans rose to 141.6 million, an increase of 847,000 from December.
The unemployment rate was last this low in February 2009 as well.
The closely watched labor-force participation number, which can skew the unemployment rate, was unchanged at 63.7 percent.
Unemployment for blacks plunged from 15.8 percent to 13.6 percent, while the rate for Hispanics fell from 11.0 percent to 10.5 percent. The teen unemployment rate rose one-tenth to 23.2 percent.
The so-called real unemployment rate, which measures discouraged workers as well and is referred to as the U-6, nudged lower to 15.1 percent.
Long-term unemployment, though, remains a problem, with the duration dropping from a near-record 40.8 weeks to 40.1 weeks.
Also, the level of discouraged workers surged, rising 7 percent to its highest level since December 2010.
Job growth remains one of the two missing pieces of the recovery puzzle, even though the rate has been on a steady trek lower
Wake up Jimbo. The social conservative message got killed this week. Susan G Komen learned that when it comes to pet issues of the republican party Fiscal Conservatives know social conservative issue are bad for business.

The republicans front runners even acknowledge they can't beat Obama on Foreign Policy.

And when the people finally see that the Same Sex marriage issue is really a vote banning certain Presbyterian, Jewish, and Quaker marriages in favor of Catholic and Mormon models, you are in big trouble.

The Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches, Ecumenical Catholic Church, Church of God Anonymous, ALEPH: Alliance for Jewish Renewal, Reconstructionist Judaism, Reform Judaism, and Unitarian Universalist Association bless same-gender relationships as a matter of policy.

The United Church of Christ, and various Quaker groups leave the decision to clergy, congregations or local governing bodies.

The Presbyterian Church (USA) allows the blessings of same-gender unions with terminology restrictions.

You won't hear that in the main stream news and I like how Pelose says we need more investment in the future, that means more taxes, the spin doctors are out in full force.
