That's what the UAS government is doing to you.
Lets get one thing straight - NO ONE IS TAKING MY GUNS = to get them they will have to pry them from my dead hand.

Lol. That's optimistic. There will be revolution if the guns are taken away. Guns may be taken away in law. It will never happen in action.

I agree - but it does seem like Obama has plans when he asked the troops if they would fire on civilians - he forgot the civilians will fire back. For them to get my guns they will have to pry them from my dead body.

Tough guy, are you.

The NRA should get a reward for Best Marketing.

They've succeeded in convincing scuzzy, ignorant pencildicks that they will turn ito macho-men if only they will buy enough guns.

Of course, people who successfully persuade others to buy products that don't do what they are advertised are also called CON ARTISTS.

NOBODY has even mentioned any POSSIBILITY of taking any guns away from anybody!

How can any SANE person object to background checks and stopping sales of assault weapons and large magazines to civilians?

Nobody needs that kind of weapons to defend himself/herself, or for hunting, or for sports shooting.

I agree as well. That saying about prying my guns from my cold dead hands has been around for a long time. I think people used to say it in passing because they never really thought gun confiscation could be a reality here. Now, I think people realize gun confiscation is on the agenda and could eventually become reality. That saying is being used with more thought behind it now, and therefore carries a lot more weight today.

Con Artist? Guns shoot, thats not being a con artist. I do not claim to be a TOUGH GUY I do claim to be Old and could not fight a fist fight but I can get an equalizer. If some one breaks into my home - they are not coming in to hug my neck - they are going to kill me and I want to be ready to defend myself.

Texas has a lot of cowboys. They all have six shooters?

That is too funny and too ironic considering Obama and his progressive entourage are the ones actually responsible for the gun and ammo sales going through the roof. They are in fact Con Artists.
Hey, at least they found a way to stimulate the economy. Even if it was not on purpose.

You are incorrect. Look at Feinstein's original proposal!

Sane people can object because they know if they lose their right to keep and bear arms, or if it is even further infringed, the rest of their freedoms will soon be gone as well. We already have roughly 20,000 gun laws. They haven't worked. It's insane people that attempt the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome.

The second amendment is in place to prevent tyranny from government. It has NOTHING to do with individual defense, hunting, or sports shooting. Those things are perks of the second amendment, but not the primary protection. Yes, citizens need those types of weapons for preventing or fighting a tyrannical government if need be.
Try looking at the real problems! Look at statistics on gun murders. If you do, you will realize Black gun crime far exceeds gun crime from other races, and gun free zones far exceed other locations for mass shootings. What do you propose to address those issues?

You see....all the Reich's propaganda, just does'nt have the same effect, if they don't just out and out, claim that someone wants to take everything away from you....It's the same stuff screamed by Fox, Glenn Beck, Michelle Bachmann and Rush Limbaugh, in 2008...Elect Obama and he's gonna take your guns away....as unvalid today as it was then.....but, the monotanous drone of it, eventually leads to the weaker minded, believing it...just from hearing it so many times.....repeating a lie so many times, that it become's believed as the truth...lol...

That is exactly how Obama stayed in the presidential debates. He repeated lies so many times it became believed as the truth. Now you are projecting onto conservatives, the methods of progressives.
Again, look at Feinstein's original gun control proposal. It called for confiscation. Other Democrats are scared to attempt going that far, so it's been toned down. The goal and agenda has been revealed. The timing is the only unknown variable now,

Between increasing the length of unemployment benifits and now gun and ammo sales we may be on the way to a recovery after 4 years.

Feinstein's bill exempts politicians. So typical. If they continue with the attacks on the 2nd amendment the dems will be defeated big in 2014. I am a dem and I WILL NOT vote for anyone who votes for this crap.
