I hate White people! Always paying for things, wearing their clothes the right way. You can always understand what they are saying.. Which annoys the crap out of me. They like to live in clean, organized safe places where you don't need a gun to walk down the street. Dang it!!! They don't even mess up their cars with ridiculous after market accessories. I hate white people, especially those that sell cars in colorado!!!!!!!!!!

The first count indictment is violation of Texas code ss36.03 - which provides an exception for government officials - like the governor, from ss36.03.
The second count of violation of ss39.02 is that Perry "misused" government funds by using a veto - which is absurd because Perry was not in possession of those funds - never mind that the veto was legal.
This is malicious prosecution of the worst kind.
I said the same with regards to Boehner's law suit against Obama. It's just a cheap political stunt.

I heard that! But I'm not a seller - not of cars at least..
Just want to let you know that your attempt at wittiness fails because it is not based on truth, but on your jaundiced value judgement.

Wow... let me get this straight.... you think that progressive political policy is responsible for laws and culture norms that was in effect for decades or in the case of slavery, hundreds of years before progressivism was even created as a political thought?
Wow.... really grasping at straws there aren't you?
And what scandals are you talking about? Only the NSA wiretapping could even remotely be considered a scandal and not one that was carried out by the order of the president.
Everything you have list has be disproved time and time again that there was no wrong doing by the administration in the slightest. Not even the so called IRS connection, there was none, never has a connection or targeting ordered by the president or anyone in the administration leadership. So many hearings and nothing to show for it.
I am sure that you will continue to support the waste of national treasure and congress's time that could be better spent on actually passing laws that will help America, instead on fruitless hearings that just prove time and time again of no wrong doing by administration leadership or the President.
What is funny is that you actually believe that I support this woman's drunken outburst, nothing could be further from the truth, she should have resign.
But, what gets my goat more than a politician that thinks their position entitles them to special privileges from the law like the AG believed, is a politician that abuses their power and cuts funding for a vital anti-corruption task force in an attempt to force an elected official from their job who was still perfectly legal to continue the work in the position that she was elected to do.
So allow me to spell out for you. Rosemary Lehmberg could continue to to work in the position that she was elected to regardless of how you or I feel. Lehmberg continuing to work in her elected position isn't illegal.
What is illegal is Governor Perry's use of his veto to defund a her task force because of her drunken stupidity. You can cut that pie any way you want, it was illegal any way you slice it. Perry threaten to cut fund if she didn't resign and then followed through on it with a veto. Both actions are illegal.
But don't worry, Perry wasn't going to be president anyway. But I was looking forward to seeing him self-destruct in the primaries like last time. So I am sad about that.
Check your history GF, progressive Democrats are not new.Great job of circling the wagons and defending the indefensible! A DA is charged with a DUI and she keeps her job? Only a Democrat would defend that, surprise, surprise!! You are a true liberal progressive Democrat all the way through. Nixon was almost impeached for using the IRS the exact same way Obama did. But with people taking the fifth, destroying hard drives and not keep hard copies of emails as required by law, we will never know. If Harry would bring bills passed in the House to vote in the Senate, things would get done but go ahead blame the Republicans, the rest of us know the truth and come mid-term Obama will be a true lame duck. The only bad part is Obama's policies are self destructing before our eyes! Rome burns as Nero plays the violin!

This indictment of Perry is backfiring on Democrats everywhere, So funny. The Democrats must be smoking that marijuana again. They make stupid choices that point out their stupidity. Now Perry looks like he is protecting taxpayer money by not giving it to that drunken woman. Did you see the video? She looks insane.

Obama is the Umm, umm, boy. He can't form a full sentence without a teleprompter. Have you never listened to Obama's speeches? They are a laugh a minute.

The only possible explanation is that you are dead from the neck up. Barack Obama is one of the most compelling and inspiring orators in a lifetime. Beyond that, the substance of his words reveal a brilliant, compassionate mind.
Virtually every president has used a teleprompter, and before that, written speeches. Perhaps you have an ulterior motive for singling out Obama. Too "uppity" maybe?

Might point out Governor Perry's defenders also include Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz, both Repsected LIBERAL law proffessors and Dvid Axlerod, not exactly a left winger.
Does anyone remeber the Law suit against Governor Scott Walker and how it ended?Grande and looking like a leader while Obama did nothing but go play pool at fund raisers.

Lehmberg is out of control.
She should not only resign, she should also submit to professional treatment for her drinking and anger issues.

Obama's intelligence is a legend, a made up tale. He is really a terrible failure. Valerie Jarrett is really the power behind the chair in the Oval office. That is why he cannot release his transcripts, and why he has to have a teleprompter. It isn't to help him recall his speech, it is for him to deliver someone's else's speech.

Of course it is all right to give the crazy drunk millions of dollars if she is a Democrat. Democrats have no respect for the law. They make their own law. Look at what the President, and A G have done in the name of tribal law. People who vote for a Democrat deserve what they get.
