Normal people know when it is time to call
it quits, go into seclusion, and get their
life back together again. This guy is a
complete narcissist believing San Diego can't
do without him.

Recall and remove.

Filner deserves the best representation he can get. If San Diego removes the availability of counsel, then we are on the way to becoming a totalitarian state.

Remember, these are kisses and caresses. They're not genital penetrations. Filner is not in the same arena as Clinton, Kennedy, and Weiner.

This last accuser works at the worst ghetto community college in the state. And, she can quit her job at the VA's campus office as far as I'm concerned. She really would never touch my papers. That is just foul.

Notice all these women look like bogg bodies?

Sex harassment complaints aren't to be taken lightly. The complaint process shouldn't be abused.

Taking years to make a statement about abuse is questionable. Both the EEOC and the DFEH require a complaint to be filed within a year from the occurrence. Taking years to voice concern over actions also allows the perp to continue his crimes. And, those offices guidelines of sex harassment is quite defined. Being "led on" sometimes comes into play.

No, this time it looks like more and more "victims" are jumping on the bandwagon just for the attention. And, none are rapes, just kisses and slobbers. Which is bad, but not rape.

You guys and your fux propaganda.

We women do not give any man - forget the tribal party - any pass for their reckless behavior.

We also do not give a pass to those men who are messing with women's reproductive rights and their right to make decisions about their health.

Try again ... with the war on women propaganda.

Mr. Filner as a democrat or a republicant should be kicked out of office.

Next - Now tell us what we democrats believe in ...

Ten million male felons now. Two and a half million in prison. The real war is on men. when they stop eating and the use of shelter is minimized out on the streets there will be a real war on women and many others.

As a usually-Democratic voter, I'm embarrassed by this abusive clown and want him out of office NOW.

It's a crying shame the local Dems won't disown him and help force him out, and that he hasn't got the decency to just resign, but he should definitely be removed from office. He's an admitted sexual abuser of women.

Nuff said.

Democrats have a FAR better record on women's issues than the GOP, despite the occasional bad applike like this guy.

Opposing abortion rights, opposing equal treatment under the law and equal salaries, publicly abusing women who dare to speak out on contraception issues, personal abuse of women who don't meet some sort of 'prettiness' ideal, those are a few of the aspects of the right's REAL War on Women.

And all women - from both parties - should be taking note and paying attention.

See? It's not just me saying it: http://www.10news.com/news/bob-filners-attorn...

Filner's sex harassment training class was cancelled! He never got instructions on how to act around women at all! And, we, as crass San Diegans, subjected Bob, who was an innocent, unschooled youth in his naivety, are at fault for his actions. It's true!

Well, that explains it as far as I'm concerned. Case closed.

And, his attorney, Harvey Berger, said: "Not all behavior which is offensive is necessarily sexual harassment under California law." I guess there's unnecessary sexual harassment, but that's different. I think Filner really liked the women he had contact with, because he didn't rape them. He just got his face close and kissed them. See?

Honestly, though, that last part is really true. Offensive just isn't harassment of a sexual nature in all cases.

darlin'

This is happening in YOUR state of California.

And the technique of turning the conversation, bridging the discussion from the CA asshole Filner to abortion is a worn out strategy.

It's gettin' old, like you.

If women haven't decided to abort their zygote, fetus, baby before 20 weeks, then there is something wrong with THEM!

Take a gander at this CLIPPED SPINE of a baby- the 3rd pix in the article: then argue your point.

Does someone really NEED to have training on how to behave?? This person represents that city of San Diego, give me a break! People in public office should be held to a much higher standard but we are seeing this kind of behavor all across the country. There should be zero tolerance for ANYONE who represents us in office.

Get this jerk out!!!

Mayor Golding had a bunch of bulldozers and knocked a lot of the city down after Shepard Fairey posters were plastered all over them.

I think Andre the Giant looks really intimidating. Should I have yelled sex harassment about it? Bulldozers may mean something phallic. Should I have yelled sex harassment over it? I think Mayor Golding was a traitor, I think there should be zero tolerance for traitors and those who steal due process. I know that's sex harassment.

But, no, I'm cool, I didn't say much at all! Or, did I let the perp get away?

See? Something's going on here: http://voiceofsandiego.org/2013/08/01/why-the...

And probably not just Arevalos, but all the other officers who got busted for sex harassment and rape the past couple of years. Arevalos' case alone probably cost more than defending Filner'd cost.

So these San Diegans hollering for Filner's blood have another agenda with him. I wonder what it is?
